Good food with impeccable service in a beautiful environment. Farah was especially kind, friendly, and helpful and brought our breakfast experience a notch higher. Thomas came by to ensure we were having a good time as well.
Conducted my wedding here! Since a year and a half ago, I decided to take the chance and come here for their buffets. As my husband and I love feasting at hotel buffets, we were looking for a venue for my wedding and I fell in love with their cooked food! One and a half years later, and every once in a while between that, I came back to try their food and I must say, their chef did a really great job! Their cooked food section is by far one of the best if not the best I've tasted especially at hotel buffets. It's been consistently good and while it's not at the Singapore main island, I would urge people to come into Sentosa to give their cooked food a go! The service staff have also been very attentive and always looked out for us! They take note to rememeber you and what you need! Special shout out to Praba, Albert, Farah, and Peter! Thank you for looking after us for our wedding at Kwee Zeen and making it a very memorable evening for us and our guests!
I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the chicken rice served here. The meat was soft and silky, succulent and tasty. The rice was tastefully done, fragrant and not too oily. The only drawback was the chilli which needs to pack more of the sourness and gingerly flavour.
The Aloo Chat was great too...providing a nice touch to the palate. It helped to water down the food, and provide a soft touch to the end.
The Indian food here rocks! Tastes better than it looks! The butter chicken is rich and creamy with soft and tender chicken pieces! The fish curry is great too! The basmati rice looks simple but is well steamed with fragrant saffron. Best of all, the service in this restaurant is warm and friendly. Thank you Farrah, Peter, Julie and Kumar!
We visited for a family dinner with four adults and one toddler. Initially, the staff couldn’t locate our reservation, but after showing a screenshot, a friendly staff member (unfortunately didn’t get her name) apologized and seated us in a relatively private corner near the entrance. It turned out to be a good spot — the table was large with ample space around it.
The only downside of being in a quieter corner was that service was a bit slow — it took some time for staff to notice when we needed water refills or plates cleared.
As for the food, the buffet spread wasn’t particularly extensive for a dinner service, but the seafood section stood out. Despite the limited selection, the seafood was fresh — snow crabs, freshly shucked oysters, prawns, scallops, and a few types of clams. The cooked food was generally okay, though the noodle live station and Indian food corner felt underwhelming in both appearance and location. Placing these stations with the rest of the food inside the main restaurant would probably improve the overall presentation and sense of variety.
Coffee and tea were included, and the coffee machine added a fun touch.
Overall, it was a decent experience. However, given that this is a restaurant being part of Sofitel, a relatively atas hotel — I had expected a slightly more refined and seamless experience.
We reached the restaurant at 8.50am and it was not crowded yet. Huge selection of food choices were available we were enjoying ourselves very much. Wish we have more stomach space to savour more, I was too full to even eat fruits as my last serving.
This was my second time here, and in all honesty, I enjoyed it more back in 2021 than I did this time around.
The food in this Sunday Brunch was generally good, but there were too many flies inside and outside the restaurant. Flies were flying everywhere and landing on buffet spreads and food on our table. The chefs were not even doing anything to keep them away. I understand that there could be flies as the hotel is surrounded by gardens and forests, but surely something could be done to keep them to a minimum.
The air-conditioning was also not cold enough. We were perspiring throughout our meals there.
The spaghetti/pasta was not cooked to order, and it tasted soggy. The seafood on ice was alright, but some of it was not replenished fast enough. The laksa was my favorite, though.
Overall, service was good but dining experience, not so much.
We had a delightful Sunday Chinese New Year brunch at Kwee Zeen, enjoying a wide variety of high-quality dishes. The buffet featured fresh seafood (crabs, lobsters, oysters, etc.), Japanese sushi and sashimi, meat dishes, salads, and Chinese & Indian specialties, along with a good selection of desserts.
A highlight was the Yusheng (prosperity salad), which was thoughtfully prepared by the staff, who took the time to explain the significance of each ingredient so we could do a family tossing.
For those looking for a more indulgent experience, free-flow champagne and wine is available and pairs wonderfully with the seafood. Service was attentive, and the staff even recognized us from a previous visit, which made the experience feel extra special.
Guests can choose between indoor and outdoor seating, and an added perk is that the Sunday brunch includes access to the hotel pool from 3 to 7 pm.
Overall, a well-rounded and enjoyable brunch experience, highly recommended for those who appreciate quality food and excellent service in a relaxed tropical atmosphere.
Excellent service upon walking in from the lobby! Upon seeing me working on my laptop, one of the staff actually shared with me where the plugs are located so that I could charge them when my battery runs out.
While I was having a work discussion with my clients, the staff attentively offered me a glass of warm water as I was coughing.
It is simple gestures like that that touch the heart. The team made my day. Thank you! ❤️

🟧 I had reserved a table for two at Raffles Room at the newly-opened and swanky Raffles Sentosa on April 20th, 2025 Sunday. ● We drove there and at the entrance of the hotel, a valet parked the car for us. 🙏🏻
🟧 Raffles Room, nestled at the lobby of the new hotel, is a tea room lounge. ▪︎ The decor is elegant, and the ambience is a sophisticated one. ▪︎With luxurious furnishings, rich wood tones, and a refined decor, all these elements reflects the Raffles Hotel's colonial heritage.
🟩 The Raffles Room also offers stunning views of the surrounding verdant and lush landscape.

● We ordered two Iced Cafe Lattes and a Choux Cream Pastry Puff. ● The Choux pastry was a large crusty cream puff with 3 types of fillings -- Egg Custard | Vanilla Custard and Toffee.
● The Iced Cafe Lattes were well-crafted coffee brews, with a well balanced flavour profile, pleasant acidity and a smooth & creamy mouthfeel.
✴️ Service = The staff at Raffles Room were highly attentive and knowledgable. 🩷 Special thanks goes to Jeremy, Rica and Shermin for their kind & genuine omotenashi hospitality.
▪︎ ❇️ Jeremy Ong, the Asst Outlet Manager, took great care of us right from the start, and he even gifted us complimentary mini Raffles Sling cocktails (▪︎ the sister cocktail drink of the famed Singapore Sling). 🌳🌳 He also spoke to me about the lovely 100 year old Ficus tree that lies just outside the large window panels of the tea room.
✳️ Rica and Shermin chatted with me and informed me of the wild peacocks that roams the premises of the hotel grounds.
🟨 All in all, my husband and I had a wonderful tea time treat at Raffles Room, and coupled with the top notch service from all the staff, I must say this experience is befitting of a first class hotel like Raffles Sentosa.
🩶 I hope to be back again in the near future, perhaps to the Cantonese restaurant "Royal China" and Empire Grill.
