Recently we had dining at Royal Taj sentosa. The butter chicken was rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced with tender, juicy chicken in a velvety tomato-based gravy. Each bite was comforting and packed with authentic flavors. The gol gappa was a fun and refreshing start—crispy puris filled with tangy, spiced water that burst with flavor. It added a playful twist to the fine dining experience.
Non veg plater was delightful assortment of perfectly cooked meats, succulent kebabsjuicy tandoori chicken and tender lamb chops were expertly spiced and grilled.
Together, these dishes beautifully showcased both classic and modern sides of Indian cuisine. Highly recommended for anyone exploring bold, traditional tastes with an elegant touch.

From the moment you step through the doors, you’re greeted with elegance: rich décor, warm lighting, and attentive staff that make you feel like royalty. 👌 Why You Should Try It
I wholeheartedly advise anyone to give Royal Taj a try—whether you’re a connoisseur of Indian cuisine or trying it for the first time. It’s one of those places where the quality of the food, the service, and the ambiance align beautifully. The spices are layered
we had an unforgettable dinner experience at the taj sentosa, be it the courteous nature of the staff or the lip smacking flavours of the dishes or the regal ambience of the interiors, everything was beautiful. I loved the chaats and the desserts, especially the paneer tikka and the ras malai. I would definitely come back again. If you crave authentic indian cuisine, this place really hits the spot. Thank you everyone for your warm hospitality. I really appreciate it.

It isn’t easy to find a fine dining restaurant that lives up to its name in Singapore. One can have Michelin stars, but mediocre food; I brought my mother to Camille for her birthday, and all of us left feeling like every dollar spent was well worth it.
Making a reservation was seamlessly easy (but do take note of the days they’re fully booked out for events - book a week prior!). I was amazed by the level of commitment and customer service rendered…
Upon booking, an admin from the 1-Flowerhill group would message you via WhatsApp and ask specific details as to the people who were coming, how they would like to be addressed, their dietary restrictions, and were very prompt in replying you with any questions.
If you’re driving, you can take a scenic 1-2mins walk from Imbiah Lookout (park right towards the end) down to 1-Flowerhill.
Throughout our dining experience, we were being served by Rohit, who was very helpful and professional.
Highly recommended for locals and tourists!
The miso cod was excellent, and my wife says the duck is the best that she has ever eaten. The foie gras had a delightful genmaicha sauce that really brings out the umami of the dish. The butters with the bread roll were also a culinary experience and I loved the miso butter flavor. Overall fantastic experience and we would return for the food. (Service and view/atmosphere was also fabulous!)
The menu fine prints were hard to read. Overlooked the additional charge of $22 when we selected the steak for the set dinner. Would have appreciated the waiting staff mentioning it when taking the order. Surprised that request for a second bun came with a price tag of $7, and the butter needed to be asked for. Would have expected it to be served with a fresh plate automatically.
We had the pleasure of experiencing a delightful blend of classic French cuisine with exquisite Japanese touches during the dining week menu. The flavors were beautifully balanced, offering a unique yet approachable culinary journey that catered to everyone at our table. Each dish was easy to enjoy and truly memorable.
The service was exceptional—attentive, warm, and professional (Thank you), enhancing the overall experience. Adding to the charm is the stunning colonial building in Sentosa, which provides a sophisticated yet cozy atmosphere.
It’s a perfect spot for a special occasion or a refined night out.
Highly recommended!
Food was amazing I would say it's a Michelin level. Service was splendid and staff was very friendly with a big smile always. The only downside for me personally was the location it is abit hard to get to unless taking grab of if you drive , they need to upgrade their deco as well as I felt the restaurant is too plain . Perhaps a few paintings or photos might do the trick to add in more life into it
