From the moment we stepped in, we were welcomed into a space that strikes the perfect balance between modern elegance and cozy sophistication. The warm lighting, sleek interiors, and open grill concept created a luxurious yet inviting ambience… ideal for a relaxed evening out or a special occasion. What truly set the night apart was the exceptional service. The staff were consistently attentive, professional, and genuinely warm. With specific dietary requirements, I’m often cautious when dining out but at SKIRT, every detail was handled with care and precision. The team not only remembered my preferences but made thoughtful adjustments that made me feel incredibly well taken care of. The combination of ambience, flawless service, and personalized attention made this one of the most memorable dining experiences I’ve had in Singapore. SKIRT is a gem, and I’ll absolutely be returning.

Had a wonderful dinner at Skirt to celebrate my son’s birthday, and the entire experience exceeded expectations. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable — warm, attentive, and thoughtful throughout. The team even surprised us with a lovely cheesecake dessert to mark the occasion, which was a genuinely kind and personal touch that made the night feel extra special. As for the food, the beef was outstanding — beautifully cooked and clearly from premium cuts. Juicy, flavorful, and tender, it’s clear Skirt takes pride in both the sourcing and preparation of their steaks. Each dish was well-executed, with balanced sides that complemented rather than overshadowed the mains. The ambiance was stylish yet relaxed, making it perfect for a celebratory evening. While it’s on the pricier side, the quality of both service and food made it well worth it. Would definitely return for another special occasion.

Had the 5 course menu. Food was phenomenal. Chef would come out to greet us and introduce the dishes from time to time. Staff were friendly and always checked in on us. Views were great with high ceilings and beautiful interior decor. Would definitely visit again Tried their Brunch menu on the second visit. Food was in nice small portions, perfect with the free flow alcohol provided. As usual, the food was all done up to perfection. Especially loved the aubergine and Lobster ravioli!

Came to try out their Saturday champagne brunch. Food choices were all excellent with the highlights being the dry aged duck and steak! service was also outstanding by Sylvester and Lily. Sylvester also took the time to come check on us every once in a while and ensured that our glasses were always full which we appreciated a lot. Highly recommend to give their brunch a try, although the appetisers were a little limited in choices, the quality came though. Will be back again for this.

We had such a delightful dining experience at Skirt Restaurant, made even more memorable by Sylvester’s impeccable service. From the moment we were seated, he was warm, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful. When we found ourselves indecisive over what to order, Sylvester patiently listened to our preferences and gave excellent recommendations that suited each of us perfectly. Every suggestion he made turned out to be spot-on — from the flavours to the presentation. His professionalism, coupled with a personable charm, made the evening not just a meal, but an experience to remember.

Decent place to grab Greek food on a cooling evening by the bay. Overlooking the bay at sentosa, it is really a chillvane nice vibe that might be pretty cooling on certain evenings. Watermelon feta salad was refreshing, with bits of feta littered throughout the salad, coupled with the sweet watermelon is quite a good starter The octopus however felt a little rubbery and underseasoned. The octopus was charred but didn't feel like the flavours were pronounced enough. The dips with pita were pretty tasty, strongly recommend the cod roe one that was really good.

This has easily become one of my favourite Greek restaurant! Love the laid back vibes and ambience, and the authentic Greek food! Loved everything we have ordered over all our visits, though I do think the chicken skewers are so much better than the meats on the meat platter. Love the Spanakopita! The dips and appetizers are my favourites. The house Rose is also delish. Light and refreshing. Service can be a little lacking at times, especially when they get busy. But the lady from Myanmar is superb, as front of house or even manager. Always smiling and ready to help with service.

Great Greek Food Had dinner with a bunch of friends. We ordered to share. The meat sharing platter was of high quality and cooked to perfection despite it being a dish with many different types of meat. The breads and dips were also great. Service was excellent. We had them arrange tables and then changed tables. They accommodated us each step of the way without any fuss. Service came promptly with a smile. The place certainly lived up to its Mykonos name - blue and white furniture graced the place. Outdoor sitting was comfortable with ceiling ELV fans constantly cooling the place next to the water.

We went to Mykonos by the bay on 1st July to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. I must say that the service staff was quite friendly but the quantity of the food actually disappointed us. The food was nice but portions were extremely small so we have to order more food. Specially the platter, which was priced at $29 was totally not worth as the dips portions were too small.

Food is excellent, especially the fish, perfect with the creamy garlic source. Not too crowded on a Monday night, it was windy and comfortable with the outdoor seats. Staffs are attentive. Overall very pleasant experience.
