Had a wonderful dinner at Skirt to celebrate my son’s birthday, and the entire experience exceeded expectations. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable — warm, attentive, and thoughtful throughout. The team even surprised us with a lovely cheesecake dessert to mark the occasion, which was a genuinely kind and personal touch that made the night feel extra special.
As for the food, the beef was outstanding — beautifully cooked and clearly from premium cuts. Juicy, flavorful, and tender, it’s clear Skirt takes pride in both the sourcing and preparation of their steaks. Each dish was well-executed, with balanced sides that complemented rather than overshadowed the mains.
The ambiance was stylish yet relaxed, making it perfect for a celebratory evening. While it’s on the pricier side, the quality of both service and food made it well worth it. Would definitely return for another special occasion.

Tried their Brunch menu on the second visit. Food was in nice small portions, perfect with the free flow alcohol provided. As usual, the food was all done up to perfection. Especially loved the aubergine and Lobster ravioli!

Came to try out their Saturday champagne brunch. Food choices were all excellent with the highlights being the dry aged duck and steak! service was also outstanding by Sylvester and Lily. Sylvester also took the time to come check on us every once in a while and ensured that our glasses were always full which we appreciated a lot.
Highly recommend to give their brunch a try, although the appetisers were a little limited in choices, the quality came though. Will be back again for this.
