Great friendly staff. When I bought a pair of jeans here, the friendly sales girl made sure the alteration was taken care. I always loved 505s and I was very pleased I could get one that fit just right.

I went over to Levis at Vivo City to purchase a high rise boyfriend jeans with Atome, and when I purchased it, I asked the store assistant if Levi jeans will be torn easily at the thigh area. She mentioned specifically 'No' , Levi cloth is strong and durable, it won't be torn even after months and years of usage. So I bought 2 of those jeans as its on a discount if I were to bought 2 of those, and after just 1 month of usage, its tore drastically. When I asked atome for refund, they said couldn't proceed and when I tried calling Levi to ask about a refund, no one answered. I'm so disappointed with Levi, I bought it for $180 for 2 jeans, and yet not even a month and it tore. Please don't buy Levi jeans., it's expensive and not worth it.

Friendly and experienced sales person, able to select the correct waist size for me without taking measurements. Advice fabric care after i have made purchased.

Excellent and attentive staff. I wasn’t sure which style I preferred so I kept trying numerous jeans however, the staff were more than happy to help me out with my dilemma and never fussed on my indecisiveness. Well done

Very good place and nice clothes, and the staffs are really nice. For any adjustments in fittings, you can request for tailors support, super fast team. Excellent service.

The Jeans that last a life-time. It is no wonder I own only 2 pairs so far. 2nd pair gets 50% off (Dec'22) great promotion. 510 is an awesome and stretchable skinny/slim-fit design that is cheaper than Malaysia and Thailand from my recent cost comparison.

Visited at around 940pm on 4th July. Never been to Levi’s for decades and missed this retro brand from my teens especially the 501. The Malay lady who attended to me, forgot to ask for her name, was really attentive and friendly. Giving suggestions and even passing me more styles under the fitting door to try out. I cannot remember the last time I enjoyed retail service already. Too bad I didn’t like the fitting, was really hoping to buy something from her. Hope she can keep up her warm personality. 👍🏼

Terrible experience at this store. I asked three times for a specific type of jeans, but the store assistant kept pushing the boyfriend jeans on me, saying they'd look great. While I appreciated her recommendation, I was clear that I wanted to try the jeans I requested. Instead of helping, she made unsolicited comments about how the jeans I wanted wouldn’t suit me, saying they'd make me look bigger and weren’t flattering. It was completely uncalled for and rude. I’ve worn that style before, and I love how they look, which is why I wanted to buy them again. After I insisted on trying them, she then conveniently claimed they were out of stock. If you're looking for Levi’s jeans, I strongly suggest going somewhere else where the staff is respectful and attentive to your requests. There's no reason to spend your money in a store that makes you feel uncomfortable and disrespected.

Good service by the staff. Except didn't have a new shirt which I wanted. End up bought a t shirt from the display rack..
