Wrong location on google maps actually it's very near to kids playground. I don't know how to edit location but you need to walk towards burger king then exit to outdoor playground. You will find KIDS sign. Happy shopping !

I was served by a Malay staff member named Hajar at the Cotton On VivoCity outlet, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. She came across as unwelcoming, unprofessional, and impatient. We were confused about the discount pricing displayed and sought clarification, but her response was curt and lacking in basic customer service etiquette. I strongly urge Cotton On management to provide better training to your staff, especially in handling customer inquiries with patience and courtesy. I’ll be avoiding the VivoCity outlet moving forward and will choose to shop at other branches instead.

The sales assistant was super duper friendly and he recommended me on what type of bags suited me. The bag I chose was soft leather, and I love the material so much. Their designs are all so pretty and super fashionable!!! Although higher priced, I want to say that I feel it’s worth it. I’m really happy with my purchase and will be back again soon.

Lovely place located inside Vivo City B1 Level, the Staff served very friendly and helpfully. Although first time just entered and saw some bags, finally we ended up bought one casual bag for around SGD 250. Rabeanco was origin from Italy but now they were acquaired by Hongkong company. The price also very good, compare with the quality of the stuffs.

Bought a bag from RABEANCO used it for a year and it lost its shape and grew moldy. Wanted to toss it but thought I shall keep it to show them what lousy workmanship and material they are using. Check out Longchamp same price (can’t believe it) and so so much better in quality, looks and feel.
