My recent visit to Greenwood Fish Market in Sentosa was unfortunately quite disappointing, especially for a weekend. I was looking forward to fresh seafood, but several items from the 'fresh catch' menu were unavailable, which was a significant letdown. When the grilled octopus arrived, it was surprisingly tough and chewy, not what you'd expect from a seafood restaurant. Service was also notably slow throughout the meal, which really impacted the dining experience, particularly on a busy weekend. While the ambiance is pleasant, the issues with food quality and service really overshadowed it. Hope they can improve on these aspects.

The oysters were a really good deal and tasted fresh. I totally enjoyed the pan seared ocean trout which I still think about. The restaurant cooks a fish of your choice and in the way you want it. We tried the saffron cream clams but the white wine would have been a better option. The whole ambience was great. We were even lucky to see otters from the restaurant, near the yachts. It was worth the price!

Very good service and delicious food! Portions are generous—definitely value for money even if it's slightly on the pricey side. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, with yachts docked nearby adding a nice touch. Despite the lack of air-conditioning, the place stays surprisingly cool and comfortable. Great spot for a leisurely meal!

I've been to Greenwood Fish Market three times now for special occasions, and it has never disappointed. The seafood is consistently fresh, the selection is wide, and the waterfront view adds a lovely touch—reminding me of my time living in Sydney. I also really appreciate the complimentary slice of cake on my birthday each year—such a thoughtful gesture that makes the experience even more memorable. Once, I accidentally made the wrong booking, but when I texted the staff, they responded immediately and amended my reservation with such courtesy and efficiency. Great service all around. Looking forward to many more visits!

The food was decent - nothing extraordinary, but it hits the spot. Service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was comfortable. A solid choice if you’re in the area and looking for a reliable place to eat😊 Also love that they’re pet-friendly. Always a big plus!❤️

Grabbed a burger while hanging out at Sentosa,tastes good, juicy, and hits the spot. Not the best burger I’ve ever had, but definitely enjoyable. If you’re around and looking for a quick lunch, this could be a nice option.

July 2024 I ordered the pandam milkshake, which can only be bought at Shake Shacks in Singapore. It was absolutely delicious, one of the nicest milkshakes I've had!

Rude staff member at the counter. The outlet was busy and I approached the counter to ask if we would be able to place the order at the counter, she simply asked if we were paying with cash. She just rudely pointed to the queue at the ordering machines seemingly shooing us from the counter. Rubbish attitude! Absolutely unacceptable behaviour. What is the purpose of the machines at the counter if it’s not for ordering? The staff made no effort to ease the queues at the self service machines. The pagers were depleted and not replenished. One self service machine was out of order and no staff was available to assist at the self service machines. This was my third visit here but this time it is absolutely disappointing.

My first time at Shake Shack and Boy was it great?! Walking in, we entered a lovely long room with a fun, happy vibe. My family ordered 3 burgers, 2 beef and a chicken one, 1 chicken bites, fries, and 3 drinks. At first glance the burgers seemed a bit small however once we took our first bites we realised why. It was such a wonderful taste for all of the burgers. The chicken was soft and tender, and the beef melted in our mouths and was so delicious. Also the chips and the chicken were great. You can choose sauces as well. So good. Totally recommend.

The counter service staff were welcoming and patient with our orders and usage of vouchers. The burgers definitely tasted much better than those we had at the Shake Shack in UK. The shrooms burger was crispy on the outside yet oozing with cheese with each bite, the portobello mushrooms were very juicy too! The plain double cheese burger was also an absolute delight. The only thing to work on will be the cheese topping on the cheesy fries, too milky and not cheesy. We will order the regular fries next time! Lemonade is also too sour for those with weak gastric. Don’t order that if you have gastric problems. Overall, we really enjoyed our lunch experience here! The counter service staff definitely enhanced our experience there! I would highly recommend a visit to this outlet compared to the other outlets in Singapore!
