My experience at the Vivo store was a pleasant one. Betty was v helpful, as the piece that I wanted to get only left w the display piece however had some stains on it. She attempted with wet wipes and went the extra mile to use the stain remover to help me. Even offered to me to wait for the restock that will happened the next day and other alternatives if I can’t accept the display piece. The extra mile she went, not only removed most of the make up stain but also leave a v good impression of the store 😊

Crisann from the Vivo outlet was super helpful. I had difficulty finding clothes and sizes. Nevertheless, despite how busy and crowded the outlet was, she took the time to assist me and showed me the various colour options available. There were some terminology which I did not understand, and she would slowly explain them to me. Thank you so much Crisann :)
