Terrible & Unreasonable Service. If I could give 0 star, I could have They are so petty that they will charge you a coffee cup just because you use it for something else. Like for my case I accidentally put my seasoning in the dry uncooked noodle. So I had to use the cup to pour out the seasoning before I cook my noodles. The staff that demanded I pay her the price of the coffee 1.90 for a coffee cup that I did not even press the coffee out or whatsoever (Even I left without even taking their coffee!) Such unreasonable action. I told the staff that I do not intend to even get the coffee as I myself do not drink hot coffee, yet she still tell me that I pay for the full price of the coffee 1.90 Also, they removed the hot water drain. I didnt have any option to drain it at the coffee machine drain as that drain was also meant to collect spilt coffee and deaining hot water has no difference to that. However the same staff told me I couldnt drain it there and couldve used their sink (Which was inaccessible to the public aside from the staff) The staff told me I could not drain it there which was unreasonable, considering the sink was inaccessible and there wasnt any instruction to ask the staff to help drain the water. Most 7 Eleven expects that u drain the water yourself at the hot water drain which again was removed by them. Overall, be expected to pay for something that u didnt drink or eat. Because this is one of the most unreasonable action I have ever witnessed. A paper cup does not cost up to 1.90 and the 1.90 is the cost of the coffee and the cup. This outlet, its time to review their staff behaviour and understand that certain things is based on circumstances. And not blindly charge your customers for something their not getting. Just because its a tourist area, or the outlet is not earning much profits, doesnt mean you earn income in an unreasonable way. For your details, the staff was a malay woman in a primary blue scarf. If I were in the situation I would at least charge the person lesser than 1.90 :)

A Malay trainee guy wearing specs have zero professionalism & is outright rude to customers. Noticed a lot of times. Not just to me. But to a lot of tourists visiting the store as well. He was often talking to himself, showing faces, and is disrespectful to customers without any provocation. While a lack of professionalism is one issue, being rude to customers is completely unacceptable. I hope 7-Eleven management will take appropriate action regarding this matter. 7-Eleven location : RWS, next to Harry’s restaurant

The staff working here really rude. She’s going to somewhere and not ready on the cashier. Alcohol fridge doesnt lock, she’s coming straight and screaming to us. I’m not knowing singapore rules, but i dont think it is correct to do that to a customer. I feel a polite reminding would be more than enough Worst 7-11 i ever meet
