Very chill and relaxing…

I don't know if Sentosa management went wrong or what. Now (as of may 25 2025) closed the old board walk and new one is a very narrow conjugated and not so nice walk feel. This is really insane. Lot of people enjoy this walk along sea and sun and Singapore skyline..and closed it permanently is not good. Management should seriously think of this

Ice cream was nice , but it melted super fast. Staff was super unfriendly.

The staff at Carnival didn't really have friendly faces. I guess they were all very busy on a very hot and crowded day. Nway, the ice cream was an absolute delight. Truly refreshing on a hot sunny day. Had the lemon flavor and the yogurt berry fruit. Definitely don't mind having more of this. Didn't take pictures before cos just wanted to indulge in it

At S$9 for a small shallow cup, they should at least provide a better service. The cup of ice cream was melting and dripping (it was for a 2.5-year-old toddler) and when we asked for another cup to contain the ice cream, we were told we had to pay S$1!!! As well, the quality of the biscuit that accompanied the ice cream was soggy and soft. Even the ice-cream man along Orchard Road gave a crispier version of the biscuit. Expensive ice-cream at Sentosa we accepted, but the quality has to improve and the staff should be more courteous. 😡

Very delicious ice cream! U guys should try the Fruit series ice cream here like : Mango..v..v... it was charged about 7$/cone This is just to-go ice cream shop & of course there's no any tables & chairs😮‍💨😮‍💨

This might be the worse experience we had for Carnival Ice Cream. The crew are rude, not helpful and fierce to each of individual customer who patronize this outlet. Carnival is located at tourist attraction, Resorts World Singapore and the staff there should serve great customer service experience to the visitors. But however this proven wrongly. I observed how the staff treated their customers. Especially when the customer asked how much is the drink cost and female staff scolded them, can you see the TV screen for the price and walked away. If the staff does not want to entertain the staff, they should put big price tag poster for the customer to see. Their queue system are also very messy too. Many people do not know where to queue and wait for their order. When we collected the ice cream and wanted to take photo, the ice cream started to melt instantly and the cone given to me are chipped off. Compared to other ice cream establishment, they will give new cone to customer and their ice cream will not melt so fast. The biscuit was extremely soft and not crunchy. The team there should treat all the customers equally fair and love their job. Perhaps the management should look into this and retrain all their staff. Especially a great customer experience.

I really like eating ice cream, especially when I'm on holiday abroad. I really can't miss it, the location is also good, very instagrammable for those who like taking photos and the taste is fresh and delicious so I want to keep eating and having more. IG: @Indra_Isnato

Ordered 2 milk shake$ and both are so watery it might as well be called $14 flavored milk . I saw the staff adding more milk to my cup after blending it.. it's super weak.. I didn't enjoy it.

The first time we encountered a person who wouldn’t let us try the ice cream, I asked an older gentleman selling it which flavor he recommended. He suggested the worst one. Nevertheless, our group decided to try almost eight different flavors of ice cream, and unfortunately, all of them were a waste of money.
