I recently had the pleasure of attending an exclusive private viewing event for the newly launched 2025 Rolex luxury timepieces and it was a surreal experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by non other than Mr Michael Teh, my long time sales associate at Rolex Resorts World Sentosa. The atmosphere was refined and welcoming, with Michael offering me insights into the latest Rolex watch’s craftsmanship and heritage. The new models are a stunning to look at up close, especially the new Rolex Land-Dweller and the turquoise dial Rolex Daytona. Being able to examine it up close, with expert guidance, added a whole new level of appreciation. This event wasn’t just about the watch—it was about the experience, and it was unforgettable. A perfect blend of sophistication, exclusivity, and passion for horology.

Had an amazing experience getting my Rolex from Rolex Singapore, all thanks to Michael! He was super responsible, kept me updated the moment the stock arrived, and made sure everything was arranged smoothly—even though he wasn’t around when I collected the watch. Really appreciate his effort and attention to detail. Highly recommend!

I have visited the Swiss Watch Gallery a couple of times and Wendy has been awesome. I was able to buy a piece that was not on my original list but Wendy informed me of the availability. Awesome and courteous experience and I hope to add more that I don’t currently have on my list including platinum versions. There were quite a few two toned models but not to my liking. I had an absolutely fantastic time at the 2025 Rolex novelties event at RWS, all thanks to Steven's generous invitation. The event was a perfect blend of luxury and horological excellence. Getting a first look at the new Rolex releases, especially the Daytona, GMT-Master II, Oyster perpetual, was a highlight. The venue at RWS added to the overall grandeur of the occasion. Thank you, Steven, for this amazing opportunity!

There was no queue system in place. I stood in front of the macaron counter for a long time, but they served everyone else except me. In the end, we left

Visited on 2 Sep and was told that pets were allowed at the outdoor seating area. The female staff we asked about this even gave us such a friendly and assuring “of course!”. Purposely made a trip down here again on 8 Sep with my small dog in a stroller, only to be turned down & told that pets were not allowed at all. Extremely disappointing to say the least. RWS isn’t the most convenient place to access, especially if you do not stay within Sentosa itself. To be turned down at the door after such a confident, positive initial reply to my question is super frustrating. Please have more consistent communication between staff so as to prevent such incidents from happening again.
