There was no queue system in place. I stood in front of the macaron counter for a long time, but they served everyone else except me. In the end, we left

Visited on 2 Sep and was told that pets were allowed at the outdoor seating area. The female staff we asked about this even gave us such a friendly and assuring “of course!”. Purposely made a trip down here again on 8 Sep with my small dog in a stroller, only to be turned down & told that pets were not allowed at all. Extremely disappointing to say the least. RWS isn’t the most convenient place to access, especially if you do not stay within Sentosa itself. To be turned down at the door after such a confident, positive initial reply to my question is super frustrating. Please have more consistent communication between staff so as to prevent such incidents from happening again.

Super good service standards and the food is great without a hefty price tag.

There was a slight service hiccup. We informed the staff and Mr Raien Song attended to us and provided immediate service recovery. I was really left impressed by the fantastic service. Thank you Raien. Food was also excellent. Staff were able to provide very good recommendations. We will definitely return. 👍

We've been waiting for you, Pierre Herme Paris. Thank you so much for opening a store in Singapore! I immediately dropped by to get some takeout macarons and other treats. 🎶 I expected to have to wait in line for a while after the store opened, but it wasn't long and I was able to enter in about 10 minutes. They line up in a well-shaded area. They occasionally hand out tea samples, so you can try them while you wait in line. The staff limits the number of people allowed in the store, so you can shop at your own pace once inside. A chic, elegant space with pale orange and pink colors spreads out before you. The center display case is beautifully displayed with an array of chocolates, macarons, cakes, baked goods, and bread. Everything looks so delicious, it's hard to choose. Further back from the entrance is the cafe counter. This is where you can order coffee and other drinks. Further back is the ice cream counter! A selection of elegant patisseries♡ You won't be able to eat it all in one sitting! You'll definitely want to buy the macarons! Once you've decided what sweets you want, speak to the counter staff, place your order, and pay at the register. This time, I bought macarons, pistachio pain au chocolat, madeleines, and ice cream. If you buy a box of macarons, they'll arrange them into a box starting from four. A box of four is $16. Plus, you can choose your favorite box tin design from three different designs. Madeleines are $3 each. Bread is $2.50-$6.50. Cakes are $9/slice. Single cups of ice cream start at $6. Huh? Something's weird... They're not as expensive as I thought they would be! Hermé's sweets are known for their high-quality treats made with carefully selected ingredients. It's a high-end patisserie, and it's located in Singapore on Sentosa Island, so I was prepared for the prices to be a bit higher, but they were no different from standard Singapore prices! Is it really okay to eat Hermé's patisserie for this price? ✨🥺✨ It's so wonderful♡ Of course, the quality of the sweets is amazing. A gift wrapping service exclusively offered at this maison. You can choose from three Hermé designs and have your gift wrapped in Japanese furoshiki style. Great for gifts! Great for celebrations! Great as a treat! Great as a snack! With an incredible lineup of patisseries, this maison was filled with Hermé's hospitality. The second floor is the dining area, so I'd like to take my time and visit there next time. There are no restrooms on the first floor, which is takeout only. Leave the store and use the toilets inside Sentosa Weave Mall.
