Standard coach product, service was friendly and attentive, clean and organize. Easy access between major hotels in settings island, not much staircase and accessible for wheelchair. Cozy ambience and spacious fashion forum, won't be missed out for sure. Pro: Easy access Clean Organized Friendly service Brand reputation Cons: Can't think of one

I went to this outlet between 1-2pm today and was attended by a really polite and attentive lady. I had wanted to buy 2 different types of fragrances & she patiently gave me different kinds of samples until I found what I liked. Really commendable and thankful to her for making my experience so wonderful. I wished I've gotten her name. VS should reward her for being such a great staff!

Staff seemed to only cater toward a Chinese speaking audience and could not understand simple terms I asked about the product in English such as the material, warranty, and provision of dust bags for the products. When my parents asked about the price of an item, we were told in a loud (and frankly rather rude) tone by the staff to put the price tag back in case it got lost. The price tag was still attached to the product and was not in any way detached. My family and I also did not like the way they promoted and explained their products compared to other brands in the same shopping space, as not only did the staff member sound very unknowledgeable and unconvincing, we felt the pressure to buy just "because it is a good deal" and because it is the "last piece" available. Thus, we left with what we initially came for and nothing more, although there were a few other items that caught our eye.

The alcohol drink always having promotion at the store. Store staffs are very friendly and helpful. Love this store very much as they selling many unique goods, many choices of Shushi and Fresh oyster!
