Located right by the ONE Degree 15 yatch club and a multi story carpark, this Cold Storage makes for a very convenient pit stop in case you need extra ice or drinks at the last minute. It's large enough, and very clean. Even if you're staying in the area and are lazy to leave the island, this supermarket does the job just right.
Store has a good variety for liquor & flowers so far compared to other CS stores. Bread section not much. The rest are okay to me.
But the queue for manual counter is long as one cashier is working. There are 2 self-service kiosks too, also long queue.
However, one of the staff: a fair-skinned male with spectacles cough with his mask open. He hurriedly go inside the staff door, still coughing when he realised that I was staring at him since he do not have his mask on. So inconsiderate of him during this endemic.
I will avoid this place for the time being because hygiene & people wellness is not their top priority.
Jasonâs market is at Quay Isle nearby. Even though its smaller in shop size but at least, I donât have to be around that selfish jerk.
The Indian guy cashier either donât want to receive coins when I pay or give short change!
He is really unbelievably bad attitude, always not serious when doing his job!
Poor services!
Had a wonderful experience here thanks to top notch service provided by Elsa. She made me feel welcome, gave me insightful advice about the products I was looking at (cute charms and shoes) and even a little extra perk which made my day. Sheâs meticulous and understands customerâs hearts and I was sold! Was happy spending my money here thanks to Elsa haha. Oh knowing I just finished a run, she even passed me a bottle of Coach water! So solid~
All the staff are very friendly and helpful at this store đđ Highly recommended. Thank you Sally, Elsa and Jean for your exceptional service. Will come back again for future Coach purchases. They also have a coach cafe here. âŠ
Was at Coach RWS at around 1635hrs and bought a ladies handbag. Was served by Qing Yan(according to receipt). She was friendly and helpful. Then came another colleague of her by the name of Nick. Qing Yan was packing my handbag and Nick was clearing some rubbish on the table and threw it behind the counter table. I assume there was a bin there so I asked him if he could help me dispose my paper cup which I was holding. To my astonishment, he said - No, you must throw outside the shop. Sometimes itâs all these small things that sets ur brand from other brand
