Lovely dinner and service by Santos, Sienna and team! Food is great, with a very enjoyable atmosphere. Will definitely be back ;) Stone Axe Wagyu and Tiramisu are a definite must have!

Had a very pleasant dining experience. The service was exceptional—Preshna, Spenna, and Brynn were attentive, warm, and professional throughout. Their thoughtful gestures made our dinner truly memorable. We were especially touched by the birthday card signed with well wishes from all the staff. Highly recommended!

We were one of the lucky first few to have booked the villa at Raffles Sentosa. Staying here, we decided to go for the full experience by having dinner at Empire grill. Service was warm. Mr. Fernando treated us with plenty of smiles, rest of the crew were also very genuine. Our kids were also very well accommodated. Dishes here were simple yet well executed. However we only tried their limited menu, they have yet to launch their full menu, can't wait to return again.

a different food to try in sentosa. the octopus leg was cook perfectly, great for starters. lobster linguine was pack with flavours and a must order. ambiance, was good and very relaxing. santos was very helpful to our request and the team were good.

Service from Santos and his team (Sienna, Brynne and Zoe) was exceptional. We dine out a lot and it’s very rare to have a team remember you by name and take such good care of you throughout the night. The steaks were very clean tasting but mine was definitely more medium rare than rare, and my husband’s was undercooked. The pasta also had a bit too heavy of a lemon flavour. Other than that we had a really lovely evening and would be happy to return!

Really enjoyed our dinner by the pool — such a nice and chill atmosphere. Big thanks to Sharun, Joanna, and another staff (didn’t catch the name) for the amazing service. Super friendly and helpful. The food recommendation was spot on, and their Sentosa Sling cocktail is a must-try. Dessert was good but could be better ;)

First time tried here.I was recommended by my friends to dine in at Empire Grill. We are not sure about the menu & dish to try. Santos did the introductions. We were well serve & taken care of completely through out the night. Thanks Santos and your team!. We had a great time, enjoy the food & nice wines. Overall, it was a great dining experience. I'm torn when writing this review as I do want this place to be my little secret while I also want to appreciate the fine service, atmosphere, and cuisine provided by Empire during my visit last Sunday. Brynn and Santos were delightful hosts to the evening that made the dinner with my visiting sister and my 2 dogs especially pleasant. They even provided separate water bowls for Louis & Coco! I particularly loved how they weren't overbearing when choosing the menu but also proactively helped with popular recommendations to a first-timer there. I can't wait to visit again!

Great service by Santos and team. Restaurant has a nice ambience and is a good for a relaxed dinner. I am unsure if I will go all the way to Sentosa for the food (it’s good but competition in downtown is stiff) but if you are around the area it’s worth a visit. Restaurant is young and has potential.
