Really impressed with this branch! I visited around 5 PM on a weekday and got help immediately. Special thanks to Bowie Lam for being so polite and effective. She resolved an issue for me in less than 5 minutes that I had been struggling with for days when trying to get help through the UOB hotline. A well deserved 5 stars! :)

I just visited the UOB VivoCity branch and was warmly attended to by Ms Agnes Poon. She displayed remarkable patience & helpfulness throughout our visit. Beyond successfully completing our transaction, she went the extra mile to assist us in setting up the amount lock feature using UOB app. She clearly explained each step & guided us through the process with care & professionalism.
