I went to this branch at Saturday around 4:15pm as my card found out irregular activities in my UOB card. Although it's closing time this bank staffs were very patient and helpful for my card changing and inquiry for hot line call. Especially the staff name Kelly Foo, she is very patient and help me in calling to hotline to report and get back the amount for irregular transitions. Thank you so much for all of you and Ms Kelly Foo for helping,kindness and patients. This branch is the good assessment of UOB.

About 2 weeks ago, I went to this branch to change my residential address with another joined account holder as it required two persons to do so. We were quite unhappy about the past two encounters at other branches but were happy to be served by Ms Bowie Lam. She was so calm and patient, listening to our woes, addressing to our issues and taking corrective steps to change my mailing address. She even promised me that she would personally monitor my mailing address is updated. True enough, few days later, she called me at 7 pm, informing me that my address has been updated, thereafter I received mail sending to my present residence confirming the change of address. Yesterday (6/8/25) I received the statement of account, that is what I look forward to. Kudos to Ms Bowie Lam. Before meeting Bowie Lam, we had half a mind to close our account though our deposits are not much. It’s her pleasant deposition and her displayed professionalism that retain us. UOB is fortunate to have such wonderful staff to serve the customers. Thank you, Bowie. 👍👍❤️❤️
