I went to this branch at Saturday around 4:15pm as my card found out irregular activities in my UOB card. Although it's closing time this bank staffs were very patient and helpful for my card changing and inquiry for hot line call. Especially the staff name Kelly Foo, she is very patient and help me in calling to hotline to report and get back the amount for irregular transitions.
