Despite the large amount of paperwork, she explained everything clearly and was very patient throughout the process. Ms Kelly Foo assisted me so helpfully with my lost card. I felt very supported, and she went above and beyond to help me use the app to set my card activity limit to 1 cent, so i get notified of any transections immediately, it was so nice and I really appreciate the service rendered by this UOB branch

I went to this branch at Saturday around 4:15pm as my card found out irregular activities in my UOB card. Although it's closing time this bank staffs were very patient and helpful for my card changing and inquiry for hot line call. Especially the staff name Kelly Foo, she is very patient and help me in calling to hotline to report and get back the amount for irregular transitions. Thank you so much for all of you and Ms Kelly Foo for helping,kindness and patients. This branch is the good assessment of UOB.
