This is not the first time I’ve visited this outlet, and every time I’m there, Khai always treats me with great professionalism, friendliness, and genuine care. He is attentive, knowledgeable, and goes the extra mile to ensure I find what I need — making each shopping experience smooth and enjoyable.

On July 20, 2025, in the late morning, we visited Under Armour Vivo City and were helped by a very enthusiastic sales associate, Shan. We asked about hiking and trail running shoes, and he kindly informed us that they weren’t available at that location but were sold at Orchard Central and possibly, Orchard Paragon. Shan also mentioned that there were more designs online. Without us even asking, he quickly checked with the Orchard stores. His great service made our experience enjoyable!

Shopped at UA Vivo today and was attended by Cecilia (based on the receipt; I didn't manage to get her name). Just wanted to comment that her customer service was great. She went the extra mile by explaining the UA membership rewards, promotions, and the Vivo rewards, with which I had trouble logging in. She made the effort to explain that I could go to the concierge for help. Her customer service was exceptional 👍

Hours not updated on website and Google, and reached the shop past 8 (they close at 8 now due to COVID situation), staff members went the extra mile to check for the items I needed, let me in for a quick purchase, at no point was in a hurry to chase me out, and meticulously ensured I got the right sizing.
Very grateful and impressed by the service, and I think the other reviews here show as well. What a joy to experience such a high service standard, kudos to the team 💪🏻
