This is not the first time I’ve visited this outlet, and every time I’m there, Khai always treats me with great professionalism, friendliness, and genuine care. On July 20, 2025, in the late morning, we visited Under Armour Vivo City and were helped by a very enthusiastic sales associate, Shan. We asked about hiking and trail running shoes, and he kindly informed us that they weren’t available at that location but were sold at Orchard Central and possibly, Orchard Paragon. Shan also mentioned that there were more designs online. Without us even asking, he quickly checked with the Orchard stores. His great service made our experience enjoyable!

Shopped at UA Vivo today and was attended by Cecilia (based on the receipt; I didn't manage to get her name). Just wanted to comment that her customer service was great. She went the extra mile by explaining the UA membership rewards, promotions, and the Vivo rewards, with which I had trouble logging in. She made the effort to explain that I could go to the concierge for help. Her customer service was exceptional 👍

I would like to thank Jane and Khairi for their impeccable customer service earlier today. I made a mistake of misclicking the wrong SGD60 voucher for redemption and it was my birthday.. nearly left VivoCity without my purchase. Luckily Khairi called me and I was still in the area - and they worked tirelessly to ensure the transaction is reversed in time before I left. I appreciate Jane and Khairi for making my day.

Hours not updated on website and Google, and reached the shop past 8 (they close at 8 now due to COVID situation), staff members went the extra mile to check for the items I needed, let me in for a quick purchase, at no point was in a hurry to chase me out, and meticulously ensured I got the right sizing.
Very grateful and impressed by the service, and I think the other reviews here show as well. What a joy to experience such a high service standard, kudos to the team 💪🏻

Encountered a very nice staff that attended to me and my wife, he was patient and helpful in sharing his knowledge, although right from the start we told him we have no intention of buying but would just like to try on the latest model of the running shoes. Very impressed with the service, thumbs up and keep up the good work!

Amazing selection of clothing and shoes for both men and women! It’s always my go to spot for any clothes and shoes and it never fails. Staff are SUPER friendly and helpful. They will stay with you and help you with anything you need without complaints! Love this store, will be back!
