it's now a much smaller shop. but it feels more inviting with what seem to me, at least, brighter lighting and a simple more efficient way in displaying the models they have in stock. staff have been helpful and friendly too.

Swatch offers all its watch owners a lifetime free battery replacement which I have mine replaced at this outlet. The sales assistant was helpful in replacing mine and it only took less than five minutes to replace two batteries on two watches. Easy to locate within vivo city.

This store had been relocated to another location at the same level. Managed to buy moonswatch here although not all designs available. New store is much smaller than previous one (only half of it). One thing that they should consider is how to manage stock. Went to ask what design available and the staff ask to queue and only show you what is available when they serve you. Even customer behind me ask also been told to wait. Compare to Orchard outlet who told you in advance before you join the queue.

They sell omega x swatch watch here at thisboll outlet but it is always out of stock. People will snatch right away when the stock arrive. No schedule yet when the item will be coming. There is no exhibition model to try out for omega x swatch.

Friendly staff. He replaced the batteries in my two pairs of watches for free. Apparently, it's the SWATCH thing not to charge for the battery replacement.

Got rejected from fixing my swatch without warranty . Swatch is still a swatch even though I bought in Italy 2 months ago

Today I went to repair a watch that I bough in Italy and did not work any longer. It was still under warranty and it has been promptly fixed on the spot

Thanks to the only guy in the store on Sunday around 1pm or so. I got my sistem51 watch replaced (under Guarantee). He was friendly, though busy providing servicing to customers as well as also trying to sell me watch as I browsed around after the replacement (under Guarantee). Just want to say thank you again, but I didn’t know his name.

Staff at this outlet should learn how to do their job properly. Called up 3x to check if there was missing to the moon, all 3 times they said it was available. Went down and he said no stock received for mission to the moon at all. Their services were all half hearted and all of them seem lazy. Swatch should buck up their service and check on such staffs.
