We had such a delightful dining experience at Skirt Restaurant, made even more memorable by Sylvester’s impeccable service. From the moment we were seated, he was warm, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful. When we found ourselves indecisive over what to order, Sylvester patiently listened to our preferences and gave excellent recommendations that suited each of us perfectly. Every suggestion he made turned out to be spot-on — from the flavours to the presentation. Had a wonderful dinner at Skirt to celebrate my son’s birthday, and the entire experience exceeded expectations. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable — warm, attentive, and thoughtful throughout. The team even surprised us with a lovely cheesecake dessert to mark the occasion, which was a genuinely kind and personal touch that made the night feel extra special.
As for the food, the beef was outstanding — beautifully cooked and clearly from premium cuts. Juicy, flavorful, and tender, it’s clear Skirt takes pride in both the sourcing and preparation of their steaks. Each dish was well-executed, with balanced sides that complemented rather than overshadowed the mains.
The ambiance was stylish yet relaxed, making it perfect for a celebratory evening. While it’s on the pricier side, the quality of both service and food made it well worth it. Would definitely return for another special occasion.

Had the 5 course menu. Food was phenomenal. Chef would come out to greet us and introduce the dishes from time to time. Staff were friendly and always checked in on us. Views were great with high ceilings and beautiful interior decor. Would definitely visit again
Tried their Brunch menu on the second visit. Food was in nice small portions, perfect with the free flow alcohol provided. As usual, the food was all done up to perfection. Especially loved the aubergine and Lobster ravioli!

Came to try out their Saturday champagne brunch. Food choices were all excellent with the highlights being the dry aged duck and steak! service was also outstanding by Sylvester and Lily. Sylvester also took the time to come check on us every once in a while and ensured that our glasses were always full which we appreciated a lot.
Highly recommend to give their brunch a try, although the appetisers were a little limited in choices, the quality came though. Will be back again for this.

Very good selection of steaks and tasty. However a little on the pricey. Amex Love dinning has great offer here. Very thoughtful of them to give me a great surprise cheesecake for my birthday 👍

The food at Skirt is excellent, especially the A5 steak, which was incredibly rich and flavorful. The service staff was also attentive and professional, enhancing the overall dining experience. However, the price is quite steep—our meal came up to around $400 for two, mainly due to the $238 A5 steak. While the quality is undeniable, the cost makes it more of a special-occasion spot rather than a regular dining option. Dropping one star for the high price, but if you’re willing to splurge, it’s worth trying!

Had an amazing birthday dinner at Skirt!
We ordered the beef tartare, pork collar, and wagyu MB7+ and they all tasted divine. Service was impeccable and so personalised. Got complimentary amuse bouche, house-made bread, birthday treat and chocolate truffles too.
Ambience was great, wish we had one of the tables in the inner part of the restaurant though. But not complaining at all :)
Overall a really great experience, looking forward to be back!

Came here after 1 1/2 years, to celebrate a birthday.
Same standards of food and service has been maintained by the team.
Since it was a birthday, we indulged in 3 types of meat, the special of the day - 150g of trip tip, plus the 200g Blackmore mbs9+ skirt and 160g Akune Gold A5 Wagyu. Since it was so much meat, only had 1 salt baked beetroot starter to share, and the smoked mash and charred hispi cabbage as sides.
Started off with the sourdough slice which was very generous and not overly sour. Complemented nicely with the pesto butter. The amuse bouche of cream cheese in a kueh pie ti mimi cup didn't meld so well, so I would say the only so-so item of the whole meal.
The beetroot starter was sweet, as expected but not overly so. A bit rich with the whipped ricotta but I enjoyed it.
The meats were nicely charred which I really like. Adds to the flavour, that smokiness. The tri tip was interesting, with the meatiness coming through the flavours and nice and juicy as well. The skirt was a bit chewy for me but my wife loves it. Flavours were good, with a more subtle taste that the skirt. Best of me (though not my wife as she prefers the skirt) was the Akune. On my goodness. A burst of fatty flavours each time you chew on it, and melting in the mouth. I would probably not share the 160g the next time 😬 that's how much I love Japanese Wagyu.
The smoked mash was nice, though some may not be used to the smoky flavour in a mash. The charred hispi cabbage was very generous and we had to tarbao else wouldn't be able to order dessert.
Had the pistachio kunafa. Interesting, though not as rich as some desserts I like. My wife liked it though. And they have complimentary dark chocolates, plus a free dessert for my birthday. A very nice touch
Service was excellent throughout. Nice conversations with Anis, Sylvester and Lily. Anis and especially Sylvester knows his wine and steaks.
Definitely recommend coming here, especially if you have the Amex Platinum card as they are part of the Love Dining promotions where "1 person dines free" (excluding drinks). So the meats were all 50% off as there's 2 of us.

I had an amazing dining experience at Skirt, W Sentosa! The food has always been great, but I was pleasantly surprised to see that the portions have gotten even more generous—especially the sides, which used to be on the smaller side. The flavors were fantastic, making an already excellent meal even better.
However, what truly set this visit apart was the exceptional service from Tracy and Rosie. Rosie was incredibly attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Tracy, on the other hand, was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the menu. She even went the extra mile to redo our dishes because they didn’t meet the restaurant’s high-quality standards—something that truly impressed us!
A huge thank you to Tracy for the personalized gift, which was such a thoughtful touch. Skirt continues to set the bar for an outstanding and inclusive dining experience, and I can't wait to return! Highly recommend!
