It has been quite a while since our last visit. It was really great that Sylvester still remembers us and did something special on our dessert and complimentary tea and coffee. It was really nice gesture from him.

wonderful meal. Dry dry agreed beef. Love their scallop with cavier and grilled octopus. Tracy is very helpful and gives good advise on the menu. Good stuff 👍 . Thank you Tracy.

What truly set the night apart was the exceptional service. The staff were consistently attentive, professional, and genuinely warm. With specific dietary requirements, I’m often cautious when dining out but at SKIRT, every detail was handled with care and precision. The team not only remembered my preferences but made thoughtful adjustments that made me feel incredibly well taken care of. The combination of ambience, flawless service, and personalized attention made this one of the most memorable dining experiences I’ve had in Singapore. SKIRT is a gem, and I’ll absolutely be returning.

Spent the afternoon at SKIRT for lunch with my husband, mum, and brother. We loved the beef tartare and hamachi so much, we ended up ordering three portions! The skirt beef was decent—though I mistakenly assumed it was a SKIRT specialty, not realizing it referred to the cut of meat itself. That said, the duck was absolutely fantastic. Desserts were pretty average so we did not finish it. But what truly made the experience special was the service. Sylvester and Rosie were incredibly warm and friendly, and their attentiveness made us feel right at home. Sylvester even remembered that my mum had visited just a week ago, which was such a lovely personal touch. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there thanks to them.

👍 great friendly service 👍 food was excellent 👍 great setting within the W Hotel 👍 was careful with food allergies. Had no issues with having gluten-free food. Expensive side.
