sadly, the positive reviews are simply not to be believed. this is some of the worst italian food we’ve ever had, and we cannot understand all the great reviews.
the only item which was not bad were the beef meatballs. the beef oxtail cheese baked rice was hugely disappointing, and the flavours just did not go well together at all.
the aglio olio with ham and chicken was another huge letdown, with the pasta being bland and the ham having a paper like texture.
i personally wouldn’t mind going back to try the other dishes, since there are so many excellent reviews, but i would avoid the dishes i mentioned. i must say, service here is excellent and the ambience is very nice.

Am rather unpleased with the service because they kept rushing us to finish.
(Edit: The reason why there are many google reviews was because the customers were asked to do this after their meal. Prior to that, the waiters would check in to ask whether everything was okay. It gives me the feeling that they were doing this for the review, rather asking us from their heart.)
Other than sea bass risotto, food was quite salty and average.
Expect long queues starting from 6pm.

The staff were incredibly attentive and thoughtful, especially with a toddler in tow. They anticipated our needs without us having to ask—positioning the baby chair safely next to the wall, providing kids' cutlery, checking for allergies, and even offering complimentary biscuits for the little one. When I requested extra cheese for my risotto, they proactively asked if I’d like the same for the other risotto I ordered. Outstanding service all around!

Tried out this western food spot after seeing the massive amount of Google reviews. Glad I did — it’s affordable, just like other franchise outlets, and the food tastes good too. Service was fast and efficient. Worth a visit!

Pleasantly surprised with the food, it was better than expected.

sat outside on a breezy day, ambience was nice.

Food service is fast and food is good for the price point. Service is good and in particular, Nicol’s service is great! He's attentive snd checks in regularly on our food and experience. He even offered a free dessert as we ordered so much food! Overall great experience - will be back!
