Usually, I didn't find any just a Seiko store, didn't know such store exists. There are Grand Seiko watches sold here. It was a beautiful watch with great movement. There is a discount on retail price there - maybe around 10%. The staff was friendly to explain the features of the watch and the different model as well. Will get one Grand Seiko model sometime in the future.

Just bought my first Seiko watch and love it. Thanks to Bryan Pay - Assistant manager, for attending to me. Although I bought one of the lowest cost models, he still provided the best service. Let me tried many watches and explained thoroughly and slowly the mechanics of tuning automatic watches. Will be back for the Grand Seiko watches soon!

Great customer service! Staff assisted me in puncturing a hole in my watch strap (despite not getting a piece there) and was really polite and helpful throughout the visit.
