Excellent service by Bryan and his colleague (sorry didn't catch his name). Patient, friendly and non-judgmental. Really happy we got out anniversary time pieces there.

I visited the boutique on 2nd July in the afternoon. The staff was so helpful I could not believe it at first :) Everyone was very knowledgeable as well and I ended up buying a nice piece for myself. Definitely recommend to visit.

Went in to enquire about the Grand seiko and the guy was reluctant to show me the watch, the staff should bring out to show and explain but doesn't seem to be keen.

Good service from Ken and WaWa. Ken is helpful, and WaWa is patient in adjusting watch length. Great service compared to Seiko in Takashimaya. Staff in Taka are unhelpful and judgmental. Gave wrong information that all Seiko are automatic. I was disappointed when I realised the watch that I initially wanted was battery-operated.

I had given my seiko perpetual watch to change battery, staff don't know how to set calendar, some more damaged crown. When go there to ask calendar and crown issues another staff eager to blame all this on me and charge me for damages due to their carelessness. Some store staff are disaster example one at vivocity. Can’t trust seiko for their service. Simply pathetic. Had been loyal customer to seiko for over 20 years, now I don't think i will buy any seiko watches.

Great service and helpful staff. But really sloppy gift wrapping. Had to re-wrap it myself to make it presentable.
