I had an excellent experience at the Vivo City branch. Both gentlemen provided outstanding customer service and were very patient as I took my time deciding between the traditional Clubmaster with a tortoise design or a polarized version in a classic design. They thoroughly explained the benefits of polarized lenses and the different lens colors, which helped me make an informed decision. Ultimately, I chose the Clubmaster with polarized lenses. Highly recommend!

Ms Ain has very good customer service, and very patient and explain all the prices and the different sunglasses. Very cheerful and kind. Really liked the customer service.
