Visited the outlet with my husband. The moment we stepped into the store was greeted with a warm smile by Miss Cathy. Cathy was extremely helpful & friendly. Suggesting us which sunglasses would look better. She is definitely an asset to the company. It’s hard to see friendly customer service officers these days, I’m glad Cathy served us genuinely & we are happy with our purchase. Kudos to the helpful staff of Ray-Ban who helped to replace a missing screw from my sunglasses on 17 December 2019 (despite it not being a Ray-Ban) without any qualms. Thanks for the awesome service, and I would definitely return to shop for a pair of Ray-Bans in future.
