I had a great experience at Lush today! The staff who assisted me was a nice lady who made recommendations and made the entire shopping experience really enjoyable! I didn’t manage to get her name but I visited the store around 6pm on 21 April :)

Hi LUSH team, I just wanted to share my wonderful experience at your VivoCity outlet, where I was served by Jess. Jess was incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful throughout my visit. She greeted me with a big smile and made me feel comfortable right away. I was looking for a bar soap suitable for pregnancy, and she was very knowledgeable about the products. She even took the time to explain alternatives in case I found some of them too oily. I also asked about lotion for pregnancy, and she kindly gave me two samples to try. I just wanted to say a big thank you to the amazing team at Lush VivoCity. My daughter and I had such a lovely time shopping there—the staff were incredibly warm, knowledgeable, and attentive from the moment we walked in. They took the time to understand what we were looking for and gave thoughtful recommendations that made the whole experience feel personal and special. My daughter was especially happy, and we both left the store smiling. It was one of the most enjoyable shopping experiences we’ve had. Thank you for making our visit so memorable!

Visited Lush tonight -14/08 . Lovely chat with Sara who is super kind and friendly . Bought my usual favourite products and Sara was generous enough to give a free sample for my little boy to try out 😊 Loved the shop, atmosphere and staff friendliness - thank you for a very pleasant experience - will be back 😊
