We just visited the outlet, we dont know that we have to wait for assistance . The old Lady and rude face tackles saying before we can go inside we have to wait for someone to assists . Very rude can see her face really angry. Teach her to smile with the customer .Please decorate her face with good moral of customer service .

We intended to come by, drop off our bag of pods for recycling and go off for dinner. But Miles was so hospitable, that we stayed to taste some coffee, and learnt a new thing about what our Virtuo Machine can do - a function to make a concentrated brew that I was not aware of! The first guy who took the recycled bag from us, told me no need to register my membership because there isn't any promotion now. As i turned to leave, Miles pleasantly asked me for my mobile number so that he can log it in for me. Very nice gesture.
