Recently, I purchased a Nespresso Vertuo machine and stumbled upon this outlet. It seemed like a pleasant and inviting space, with a large banner stand that emphasized the complimentary coffee. The enticing advertising of the new pistachio vanilla flavor piqued our interest and curiosity. We had the intention of purchasing pod sleeves and wanted to learn more about the different pods and their taste profiles. When we approached the counter, we were greeted by a friendly senior lady. However, her demeanor changed immediately when we asked for flavor recommendations for milk-based coffees. To our surprise, she reacted with an annoyed face and didn’t seem to display product knowledge. Her tone of voice was clearly frustrated, and she simply told us to choose a flavor. I thought I had noticed this, but as I was leaving the store, my friend pointed out that he wanted to tell her off for being annoyed by a simple question. Her tone of voice was extremely unpleasant, and I couldn’t understand how someone who had greeted us so warmly could switch so quickly. It seemed like she was annoyed with us simply wanting to explore different pods. We only requested one cup of coffee and asked for her recommendations before that. Other staff members were seen carrying six different cups back for washing, was very clear that we weren’t expecting much by our request for only one cup LOL. If you’re advertising complimentary coffee, you need to ensure that your service matches that level of service. I would rather pay her to not serve us than ruin my mood first thing in the morning. Dear Nespresso team, please reevaluate your staff service attitude. It’s evident that the low reviews over the past five months of poor customer experiences, particularly mentioning that lady, don’t seem to be addressed. Your assurance and overpromise that such situations won’t happen again haven’t been effective. How much longer will it take for your team to take action in response to this poor service and attitude? It’s absurd that your response emphasized the importance of further investigations and preventing such terrible service from happening again, yet it’s still happening five months later. Please take proper note and better look into this person. Additionally, my friend, who has over 451k likes and 13.3k followers on TikTok, averaging 200k to a million views per video, especially known for his food content, could’ve easily spoken about this terrible service by Nespresso. However, he was also the same person who had to deal with the poor attitude of your employees. Do you realize how this service could’ve easily been a great business opportunity for Nespresso? My friend, a coffee drinker, could’ve made a video of your machine and pods, potentially increasing sales. Or, on the other hand, he could’ve expressed his dissatisfaction, which would’ve negatively represented your brand and done more damage than it should’ve. Definitely look into this matter. The same thing you responded to other poor reviews hasn’t changed. Thanks!

Fabulous experience. Erica introduced us to the ongoing event where we could fill in a simple form to select a coffee + dessert for tasting. We picked the ondeh ondeh set which was very enjoyable!

Been here 4 times and staff completely ignored us but approached other customers that came in after us. We had to ask them to attend to us then they attended to us. Been to other outlets but this outlet is the worst for me. Update: I have increased my rating from 1 to 4 stars all thanks to one of your staff. I'm not sure of his name but it's a malay male staff wearing glasses. Name starts with S. Went 3 more times to this store after the previous incident and was served by him. And he gave us an amazing experience. However, only 4 stars due to the previous incident. Do share our compliments and thanks to this specific male staff that has made our experience an enjoyable one. He treated us like he has known us for a long time and made us feel so welcomed. He is also very knowledgeable and helped us thoroughly whenever we have questions about the new capsules. He deserves a raise!

The worst experience amongst all Nespresso stores in Singapore. As they are introducing the new strawberry white chocolate flavor my husband and I were keen to try the new flavors offered. He wanted to try the peanut sesame cappuccino and I wanted to try the strawberry - to which the lady said they ran out of peanut sesame capsules. Didn’t ask if he wanted to try something else. She served the coffee and that’s it no product explanation or ask if I want to order. I can safely say if she was the first person I spoke to at Nespresso I would have never bought anything from them. Service staff is the older lady. Go to ION for better service.

Recently I go to boutique. One of your staff named Syarifuddin assisted me with good service even having many question. Also learn new thing about how to make good long black coffee with milk by double press button for vertuo pop. Hopefully this review will help him in future. Again, great service and easy to understand the explaination with simple words.

I recently visited your store and was deeply disappointed by the overall experience. The standards of cleanliness were far below expectations, with dirty floors and machines on display that appeared grimy. Additionally, the staff provided no assistance and barely acknowledged my presence despite the store being nearly empty, which felt both unprofessional and discouraging. Such oversight significantly harms the reputation of what is supposed to be a luxury brand. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this location.

I always get great service at this boutique. I have been served most often by Hes, who is very friendly and helpful, and very knowledgeable about the coffee range.

I get my capsules most frequently from the VivoCity outlet; convenient. And I usually look for Hes who is always helpful and friendly, unless she’s busy with other customers. Choo BT

Visited the vivocity outlet to enquire about the essenza mini that we have at home that we got from a lucky draw some time back. The shop was swarmed but Ms. Merlina was quick to attend to me even though I think I caught her in the middle of something. She was able to answer all my questions about trade ins, subscriptions, difference in machines etc. Managed to sample some coffee too! Thanks for the wonderful service! :)
