On November 3 at 1:30 p.m., I tried on a size S beige trench coat.
It was a little small, so I asked the hijab-wearing clerk if they had a size M and she said no.
I asked if other stores had it, and she said they did not, so I left the store.
However, the clerk was unfriendly, so as soon as I left the store I checked the website myself and found that ION branch had them in stock.
I was skeptical, but I went straight to ION, and a nice man helped me get it.
I'm glad I didn't trust that dishonest woman.
I love this brand, but I will not go to Vivo city

Nicely laid-out and presented store, with men's range looking immaculate. I was acknowledged and greeted when I entered the store - A small guesture which is sometimes missed, but always a plus when it's sincere!
I asked to try on a few items and staff seemed to disappear after that back to the counter. I had to go to the counter and tills a couple of times to ask for assistance with sizes. The taller gentlemen who helped me was good and professional but was a bit curt. He only seemed to want to do the minimum before disappearing away again. 4 stars instead of 5 due to the above.
Payment process was quick, pleasant and a female member of the team offered to show me a few bracelets they had left in stock behind the counter which was much appreciated. They were 50% off as well which was an added bonus!
Items packed nicely and the same lady said thank you and have a good afternoon at the end of the sale which was a nice final touch.

I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience at Massimo Dutti VivoCity and feel compelled to share my concerns. The unprofessional conduct and hostile work environment created by the manager, Jennifer, have left a lasting negative impression.
During my visit, I witnessed Jennifer displaying unkind behavior towards her colleagues. Her dismissive attitude and lack of respect not only created tension among the staff but also diminished the overall shopping experience. It is disheartening to see such behavior from, not just an employee, but a manager, representing a well-known brand.

Staff that day treated us like we were invisible. They were also quite stuck up. When i asked to try on the shoes, one of them snatched it from my hand. She then followed me around and stood really close to me while I was trying the shoes on, and stared the entire time. I decided to purchase and asked for a new pair due to a dent on the leather. However, she did not bother to check and immediately told me there wasn’t any. I then decided not to get the shoes with the defect.
Really unprofessional and I am scarred! Never entering this outlet again.

They don't ever pick up the phone. They give excuses for what constitutes max free sleeve alteration length. And their website's feedback or complaint page bans you from ever sending any feedback. And omg that tomboyish short-haired filipina store manager is ridiculously rude. I've no idea how the cust svc in vivo branch is so much worse than liat tower branch. I've seen the standard replies to other people's bad feedback here, obviously zero follow-up. Just go to other branches if u really want their stuff.
