Being a regular, I often visit the ion and liat towers branches, headed down to the vivo branch today (15 Apr 2025). The retail assistant, a Filipino lady, Jessesca or Jesse was particular attentive, providing exceptional service from start to end and ensuring the smoothest shopping experience. She was very attentive to every detail including trying to notice the customer's preferences as well as noting the customer's needs on apps and points benefits. She was also the first retail staff, to spot me being a regular and told me I could get my order registered on the app which was great as I could better track my orders. I've been shopping with Massimo for the past six months in stores and online, this was the very first time I liked their customer service. Would definitely head back to this branch if not for the slightly inconvenient location for my preference. I wasn't as satifised with the customer service at the other two branches, but Jessesca or Jesse really impressed me!!! Left me with such great impression I had to leave a review just for her.

I have known this brand for more than 15 years. Their things are sometimes high-quality, sometimes there are failures. But what is the problem with shopping bags in Singapore branches? If the economic situation does not allow spending money on the production of expensive bags, let them be inexpensive ones like in Ikea. Purchases should be put in a bag by default, the customer should not beg for it.

Bought 2 jackets online and picked it up in the store. Siao/Xiao was extremely patient and gave impeccable svc to me. A good staff that every lux-mid lux retailer will need.

I have wanted to get some clothes. Googled a few pieces I like and showed to Angie, a sales staff there. She was very helpful, took her time to check the availability of the pieces. And she even recommended other pieces in store that I can consider. Her advice was so good and authentic. And she took the time to comment on what suits me. I ended up buying 2 pieces. I am grateful to her effort and time to engage me. Such a delightful experience at this outlet!

I like this brand, but a bit disappointed by their confusing price display. It looks like $69 for all polo shelf, but there are different price items are mixed. It’s the sales strategy from street shops. Please make it clear and transparent communication with customers. This small matters may impact to the overall brand value significantly.

Came here to shop on a Friday evening. It wasn't crowded and the moment I entered, I was greeted cheerfully by a Filipino female retail staff Yenny. Yenny was very friendly and attentive to me as I was interested in a woolen top. I dropped one of my earpods in the shop and she helped me find them too. She had the perfect balance of being helpful without being intrusive or pushy. I moved further inside the store and was keen on a classic v-neck cotton tee. I asked another female staff Angie about the sizing and material etc but she was rather aloof and condescending. She wasn't exactly rude but she wasn't friendly either. She also imposed her own preferences on me, which I found uncomfortable. While I continued browsing, I saw her chat in a super friendly manner with another family. Not sure if they were her friends but hope service can be consistently good, especially for the staff Angie. I did buy the cotton tee in the end as I loved the design, quality and how soft it was. This brand is known for its high quality and timeless designs. I hope it can improve in its customer service as well. Yenny did an excellent job - which is what customer service should be.

Surprisingly, I had a pleasant experience today. Service performance has really picked up. I don't know his name, but I would like to appreciate a Chinese guy that went out of his way to find my correct size. I spent quite a lot, but money was well spent because I really love this brand.

Running theme of poor cust service as you can see from the other reviews. Experienced it for myself today during a return. Not even a single hello, thank you. Staff treat you like you are invisible and not worthy of their time.
