Had a peach tea macchiato which actually tasted quite nice buuuut I chose less ice and even then there was just sooo much ice in there so honestly not a lot of tea and that for $6.10 is rly not great. Also don't allow credit card (only amex) even though u alrdy order at a machine with card reader anyway.

second time being disappointed in my drink , last week and today . bought hazelnut milk tea but no hazelnut taste at all and taste very diluted even though i drank immediately after my drink was collected. other outlets all okay ... just this outlet ...

I went to your vivo branch just now to buy 3 cups of your drinks. However I clumsily dropped one cup and messed up the floor. A big thank you to your staff who not only cleaned up the mess but replaced a cup for me. Kudos to them

The bubble tea is okay, nothing extraordinary. The staff is friendly and quick, which is nice. Overall, it’s fine

I recently visited Koi Thé, and my experience was quite disappointing. While the place had a nice, modern look, the service was indifferent and unwelcoming. The bubble tea was mediocre with bland flavors. I expected more from my wild flower honey oolong tea, but it fell short of my expectations. Although it wasn't terrible, it wasn't good enough to warrant a return visit, especially with better options available for bubble tea lovers.

My favorite bubble tea store! And the best drink so far for me is the Ice Peach Macchiato. The frothy foam and the refreshing peach tea is a perfect match!

I bought green tea macchiato with little ice and 50% sugar (my favourite) from the Harbour front Centre level 1 outlet. The service is good and drink is nice. I would recommend to have little ice or no ice so the tea would not be too diluted. Waiting time was around 5 minutes as there were 2 other customers before my turn.

I ordered a medium Milk tea with 70%sugar, no ice, and coffee jelly topping. The tea tasted horrible, really really bitter, and definitely not sweet at all. Koi’s drinks standard had been on a steep decline. I was a diamond member last year, but find myself drinking less and less these couple of months. Really disappointing.

Horrible terrible clueless staff. Allowing a customer to buy 19 cards is fine. But requiring her to make 19 transactions of payments separately and then issuance of cards is ridiculously slow, that holds up the queue. Meanwhile , no orders can be made. When questioned, the 5 staff kept quiet. You need to reflect on your procedures, productivity, systems.

Had a GREAT EXPERIENCE served by the coloured hair guy who call Calvinn, nice speaking, easy going and friendly customer service.

Customer service is not an easy position,
