Undercooked pearls and 70% sugar level tasted like 20%. I’m not a sugar lover and was surprised the 70% tasted exactly like the usual 20% I’ve had at other outlets. Pearls aren’t as chewy as other outlets and tasted tough. Writing this as I’m drinking them.

20171106 - $3.5 for mid, $4.9 for large is above market price, surprised by the brand KOI tries to build. I do accept the shop has high efficiency and quality of raw materials & packaging received. Mix spread available is good. in my opinion, just price-to-value ratio is deemed too high for the product received.

Small outlet with usually long queue.
Specialty is their golden bubble milk tea. This outlet does not have self-service kiosk probably due to the small space?
Payment by cash or Koi card.
From the time of making payment to collection of bubble tea you will have to wait 10 minutes or longer. the whole process is slow in comparison to other brands. Only 2 staff was making the bubble tea, today on a public holiday.
The area was small where now customers are told to wait at the area next to Mr Bean store. The queue # display has been tilted to the waiting area. Not for customer who has no time to wait.
There is another outlet at Harbourfront.

Good bubble tea, and my Favourite always is honey green tea with aloe vera. Staff is quick, service is Super fast and they have seasonal specials so make sure to check it out. Payment by cash, mrt card and a few options like that including but no nets!

I love the automated ordering system in Singapore! Got a milk tea with jelly and it was huge! It was a little out of the way to find in the mall but a great place to stop by.
