Rude service.
I can understand waiting in queue for 5-10 minutes before being allowed into the store due to social distancing measures.
But before entering the store, I was rudely asked to "prove it" that I had checked in using the QR code. Took out my phone to "prove it" but I was expected to check in again.
If you have doubts of your customers, then you don't deserve to have any.

Veeeeery clingy staff, breathing onto my arm. When I turned around to face her, I was met with a chin tilt. Don't need that kind of attitude. Suntec Khiel's has wonderful staffs though!

Was served by a staff with a condescending tone.
I’ve had quite a few unpleasant experiences shopping at Kiehl’s outlets. Perhaps donning a lab coat gave some of them a sense of superiority...

Rule staff!!! Extremely the male staff. Selling cosmetics with a lab coat giving them a sense of superiority hahahhaha???
