Terrible Experience – Avoid This KFC!
I’ve tried KFC in many countries, but this location at Sentosa, Singapore, is by far the worst.
1. Dirty Tables, No Cleaning – When we arrived, the tables were filthy from previous customers. We asked staff to clean one before we sat down, but they outright refused and told us to clean it ourselves.
2. Wrong Order, No Effort to Fix – I asked for specific chicken pieces, and they confirmed my request, but then served me completely different pieces. When I pointed it out, they claimed they didn’t have what I asked for—yet I could clearly see the pieces behind the counter.
3. No Basic Customer Service – I requested something as simple as salt, and they told me they had none, refusing to even check the kitchen or offer an alternative. The staff showed zero care or flexibility in handling basic customer needs.
4. Inedible Food – The chicken was old, hard, and undercooked inside—both the pieces and the sandwiches. It was simply not edible.
5. Manager’s Lack of Accountability – When I took the food to the counter to complain, the staff were completely indifferent. I asked for the manager, Mila, but she was equally unhelpful and incapable of resolving the situation. Only when I started taking pictures and mentioning a complaint did she seem confused about what to do, showing no leadership or responsibility.
Overall, this KFC fails in food quality, customer service, and basic hygiene. Avoid this location unless you want a frustrating experience and wasted money.

I had a great experience at this KFC store!
Food quality:
– The fried chicken was crispy on the outside and still tender and juicy on the inside.
– Side dishes like fries and coleslaw were fresh and flavorful.
– The signature dipping sauces added an extra kick to every bite.
Service & ambiance:
– The staff were friendly, always smiling, and ready to assist.
– Food was served quickly, even during busy hours.
– The restaurant was clean, with tables regularly wiped down, creating a comfortable dining environment.
Price & value:
– Prices were reasonable for the quality of food.
– There were various combo options, well-portioned and perfect for both groups and families.
Overall:
This is definitely a great spot to enjoy delicious fried chicken, with a clean space and professional service. I’ll definitely come back and recommend it to friends and family!

I had my lunch at the Santosa KFC. The staffs were very friendly and patient. The chicken was very crispy and tender. The foods are very fresh and delicious. The dining space was clean and comfortable. I will come back again., 😊😍❤️🙏🙏🙏

The toilet behind this kfc is very clean and got bidet! Muslim- friendly toilet :)
There's an aircon nursing room behind this kfc as well. Very clean.

A truly wonderful experience! The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. The service was attentive, with friendly staff always ready to help. My family and I were thoroughly satisfied and will definitely come back!

I rarely write reviews, but my recent experience at KFC @ Sentosa truly deserves to be shared. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted with genuine smiles and attentive service that instantly made me feel welcomed. The atmosphere was clean, inviting, and clearly well-managed — and that’s where I have to start by applauding Devi, the manager and her Staffs.
Devi runs the store like a true professional. Her presence is calm yet confident, and you can immediately sense the strong leadership she brings to the team. She was hands-on yet never overbearing, making sure everything ran smoothly while still making time to personally check in with customers. It’s not often you see a manager so involved and passionate about both the service and the people — it left a strong impression.
Aaliyah, the staff member who assisted me, were absolutely delightful. Aaliyah was friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful when I was deciding on my order. She went the extra mile to suggest popular combos and even offered tips on how to save with current promotions — something you don’t get everywhere! Her energy was positive and sincere, and you could tell she really enjoys her job.
Indah, who helped prepare and serve my meal, ensured everything was hot, fresh, and beautifully packed. She double-checked the order without being prompted and even threw in extra napkins and sauces without me asking — small details that made a big difference in my overall experience. Her attention to detail and commitment to quality didn’t go unnoticed.
And of course, the food was excellent — piping hot, crispy, and flavorful, exactly what you hope for when you choose KFC. The chicken was perfectly seasoned, the fries were golden and not greasy, and the entire meal looked as good as it tasted.
I’ll definitely be returning — not just for the food, but for the exceptional service that made me feel like a valued guest. Keep up the amazing work, team!

My 3rd time visiting this ‘ulu’ and small KFC outlet in Sentosa for a quick dinner. This visit was made even better by the kind and patient service from this lady staff, Sharon if I’m not wrong. She helped me to get the chicken parts I asked for (depending on availability of course) and also thoughtfully provided extra chilli sauce sachets. It’s her warm and welcoming tone that made the visit surprisingly more pleasant. Kudos to her! 😊

Took 58 minutes to get 5 pieces of chicken and 5 tenders after ordering. Only 1 person serving who looked flustered with many people waiting for their food. Worst part was that there was ample chicken and tenders just sitting there for the whole time.
Staff need to be better trained. Purchased 3rd July
