Me and my partner bought our first pair of crocs, and we were pleasantly guided by Hiddy! She was very professional and patient, and cautioned us about the male and female sizes indicated underneath the shoes. She made the experience comfortable and easier for us through the selection process. Most of the staff including those manning the cashier were very nice and welcoming as well. Would definitely recommend to purchase from this outlet! ☺️

So happy with my purchase. Especially I get to grab the promo for buy 2 get 2 free. Roxan was very helpful, mostly with the size details because it was my first time buying for my nephews and we had a comparison with her child whose about the same age so that help a lot. my mom and sis came to crocs vivo to purchase a few pairs of crocs and jibbitz. we were kindly served by eddie and another lady whom i have forgotten to get her name (she has blonde pony tail). they were excellent in recommending us shoes with the best comfort and colour. we were satisfied with our purchases. thank you all :)
