I had a lay over in Singapore and passed by Crocs Vivo to buy some items, their staff Roxan is very accommodating and helpful her customer service is 10/10 - very much satisfied

Not flexible management! I have been looking for this particular lace lavender charm and finally see it today but its packed in a bag of other 4 which im not interested. The store adv cannot separate the one i want to sell separately as no barcode. So, I asked if they can help check whether other outlets have. Best reply...go Ion to check....cant even bothered to help me call n check.
