Brought my watch which was purchased elsewhere and asked if it was possible to fix the metal band/strap as it was spoilt. The kind female staff on duty helped to repair it. I forgot her name. But this was on 28th Feb, around 7.30pm. Service is great, thank you so much!

This place wasted our time. Me and my wife came now 8th February to buy some watch but the sign says they are closed! We traveled all the way from Jurong Point because the stocks are here but no one! Shop is closed!

Had a great experience at the City Chain Vivo outlet thanks to Ivy! She was extremely helpful in assisting me with adjusting the links on my bracelet, even though it wasn’t originally from their store. Her willingness to help, paired with her extensive knowledge truly stood out. Ivy clearly knows what she’s doing and does it with kindness and professionalism. Your average City Chain store featuring Japanese brands like Seiko, Citizen, Casio to Swiss makes. Service quality varies from salesperson to salesperson, depending who is on duty that day. If you are lucky, you get good service from one salesperson. I stepped in on two different occasions, served by two different salespeople. The guy was horribly arrogant. On another day, the salesgirl was polite and smiley. Try your luck!
