Experience Singapore's first Peruvian-Chinese fusion restaurant at CHIFA!, a vibrant culinary destination within Resorts World Sentosa that celebrates the unique "chifa" cuisine born in 1800s Peru. When Chinese immigrants arrived in Peru, they masterfully blended their ancestral cooking techniques with Peru's rich indigenous ingredients, creating a distinctive fusion cuisine that has become an integral part of Peruvian national identity. Now, this celebrated culinary tradition makes its Singapore debut under the expert guidance of Chef Ruben Rodrigo Serrano Cabrera, who honed his craft under legendary Peruvian chefs Virgilio Martínez and Karime Moreno. The restaurant's bold, colourful decor mirrors the exciting clash of cultures on the plate, creating an inviting atmosphere perfect for sharing adventurous flavours with friends and family.
The menu showcases inventive dishes that honour both culinary heritages whilst creating something entirely new. Standout appetisers include the Andean-Peru Potatoes featuring purple Peruvian potatoes dressed with hot and sour Sichuan pepper flavours, and the Hen Caldo Criollo, a comforting ginger chimichurri soup blending chicken broth with flower mushrooms and aromatic herbs. The Yellowfin Tuna Tamarind Ceviche demonstrates Chef Ruben's mastery of Peru's signature dish, combining citrusy-sweet leche de tigre with Japanese cucumber and daikon for textural contrast. Main courses are designed for sharing, such as the Wok Fried Seafood XO Aeropuerto, which marries quinoa and jasmine rice with fresh seafood and seasonal vegetables tossed in umami-rich XO sauce, and the Bijao Wrapped Fish, a whole fish roasted in banana leaf with tomato chalaca salsa and sudado sauce. The beverage programme features creative cocktails like the Chicano De Chifa, a modern Pisco Sour incorporating passion fruit, agave nectar, and ginger ale.
CHIFA! operates within the Resorts World Sentosa complex, making it easily accessible from VivoCity via the Sentosa Express monorail. Reservations are highly recommended and can be made through Chope or by contacting the restaurant directly. The generous sharing-style portions make CHIFA! ideal for group dining and celebrations where guests can explore multiple dishes family-style. With its unique position as Singapore's only dedicated Peruvian-Chinese restaurant, exceptional pedigree from Chef Ruben's training under world-renowned mentors, and exciting menu that challenges conventional dining boundaries, CHIFA! delivers a truly distinctive culinary experience that you won't find anywhere else in the region.

We walked in without reservation one Tuesday afternoon, probably too close to their afternoon closing time and the Manager in-charge wasn't pleased. The moment we stepped in the restaurant, the Manager has only shown a very unpleasant face like we were UNWANTED there. Or is SMILING and ACKNOWLEDGING CUSTOMERS not part of his job scope?
It was the birthday of my daughter, FIRST BIRTHDAY. Shout out to the filipino staff and Artemis (if I remembered correctly), who served and took care of us. They offered us a stuff toy, let my baby blow a candle on a cute tiny tart and took some photos of the special day.
As for the food we went with the 3-course set. Food was okay, a little saltier than I would have preferred. I enjoyed the beef noodles!
The interior was really nice.

TOTAL RIP OFF! The worst tasting but the most expensive restaurant for my whole trip in Singapore.
We had roast chicken, stir fried beef Hor Fun noodles, and stir fried shredded potatoes. Suprisingly, all of them are very bad taste. The roasted chicken has no flavor, taste is even worse than $8 one form supermarket. It taste like boiled chicken breast. The beef noodle is too sweet.
All price on menu is excluded from GST
No much table service but there are extra surcharge for service.
The total bill is more than $90! This insane!
I do not recommend this restaurant.

We tried the chef’s recommendation, the Wok Fried Seafood XO Aeropuerto, and it turned out to be a delightful surprise. Unlike the typical fried rice, this version is made with fragrant grains that give it a light yet flavorful texture. The scallops and tiger prawns were impressively fresh, and the egg omelette added a nice comforting touch.
The other dishes were equally enjoyable. The asparagus was crisp and refreshing, topped with a generous sprinkle of fragrant garlic bits.
Definitely a satisfying meal

Delicious food and lovely staff. As a Peruvian person, I’m impressed at the flavours that the chef brings to life in this beautifully looking restaurant. Flavours that take me back to my mouth watering Chifa with some extra twists and add-ons.
This is a must try place when visiting Sentosa to try some of our delicious Peruvian Chifa.
Highly recommend it!

Chifa Restaurant in Singapore is a fantastic fusion of Chinese and Peruvian modern cuisine - a unique and delightful dining experience! The venue itself was great, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere with bright neons and llama displays everywhere. The service was top-notch, with attentive, friendly staff who enhanced the overall experience. Every dish was of high-quality and flavoursome, the perfect blend of both Peruvian and Chinese Modern Cuisine. An absolute must-visit for food lovers looking for something different. Highly recommend you swing past of you’re ever in the area!

Went for family dinner. A very interesting choice for family gatherings if your folks likes Chinese food but would like to try something unique bring them here! Is unlike the usual Cantonese or Teochew Chinese food that you get at Chinese restaurant.
Cod fish dumplings were superb. Actually everything I ordered is good except the chicken soup it’s subjective. Half of my family likes it the other half doesn’t like it.
The roasted chicken is normal too.
Chicken skewers, siewmai, prawn salad, roast pork are highly recommended!
Their cocktails are very interesting and good too!
Their Peruvian chili paste is superb!

Had the most amazing birthday celebration for our boy at Chifa. We had ordered most of the signature chef recommendations.
All were superb delicious and impressive look. Cocktails were at good deal for 2. Very fancy and tasty chifa style. Even in rainbow colour and jellies. Service was professional and on point. Greatly facinated by the whole experience here as it was so enjoyable especially with the vibrant atmosphere.
Lastly, the cute colourful Lamas really delighted our kids. Definitely a memorable birthday celebration here with the souvenirs. My boy really had an awesome dinner. Thank you everyone at Chifa for the arrangement once again!
