Was assisted by Ms. Xyndi, I was hesitant to buy and enter the shop but when I entered the store Ms. Xyndi immediately greeted me with a smile and asked for my preferences. She was not pushy and she explained the scents that I was interested about. Transaction was also fast and she has a very kind and approachable stature. Looking forward to visit Chanel VivoCity branch again in the future! :)

I want to take a moment to thank the most kind and pretty Chanel staffs in Vivo city for helping out my wife who is in pregnant @ 32 weeks with her low blood sugar situation. They offered candy and water to make her felt less uncomfortable immediately and provide their sofa inside the shop to let her rest. I could not be more thankful to have them and they made our day. I mean there are always kind people and behavior around us and we are so lucky to be the one to receive it. It suggests that life is good, unpredictable but still meaningful. Thank you ladies.

I had a wonderful shopping experience at the Vivo City Chanel beauty store, thanks to Stephanie Leong. She was very attentive and took great care in helping me try different lip gloss shades. Great experience and excellent service by Xyndi. I needed advice and Xyndi was very helpful. She also did a great job in making comparisons for me. Went back to the outlet at Vivocity to look for Xyndi after a year because of her service. Look for her if you need cosmetics!

Good quality products and luxury pricing. Sales staff could be a little more polished and not trying to upsell so bluntly all the time. Might be worth getting to know their customers and products a bit more before focusing on hard sell when selling such expensive products

Terrible experience! Either you dress up in full Chanel or enter into the store ready to be ignored / disregarded.
We entered genuinely to restock on my perfume but wanted to explore other range but wow the staff didn’t even realise I was already using their perfume and went on to spray the exact same perfume when I went in for another perfume.
Failed to give recommendations either so we decided to leave and guess what? The staff disregarded my thank you and went to “tidy up” everything we touch ! Very stuck up attitude! Following us all around with zero comments!
Didn’t get the girl’s name but she is in one of the latest review’s picture, maybe consider other stores or other staff especially if you need recommendations. First time I left a store empty handed and being super unhappy.

terrible service, and arrogant staff. They sent email to ask you redeem birthday present but in store ask to check your number for sales record first. If your purchase record is not enough for their high tier, they dont give you anything said fully redeemed. And they refuse to check for you for other stores. Ask you go any other store you like and don’t feel any inconvenience it causes to you. Luckily I did not do it on my birthday date to spoil the mood on such important day to everyone!!

disappointing experience with a sales rep two weeks back. wanted to test a few scents. she wasn’t friendly, sprayed stingily - so i couldn’t even experience the scent properly. waste of my time and i’m afraid to visit again.
