First time at Cedele VivoCity and it was ruined by staff named Vincent. When I asked simple questions about soup and set menu pricing, he got visibly impatient, gave wrong information, and even shouted at me loudly in front of others. Extremely rude, humiliating, and completely opposite of the "warm, wholesome" brand Cedele claims to be. Very disappointing - I will not return.

Quite different from what it claims - “Tasty Appetising Comforting Flavorful Robust Palatable Lip Smacking Tantalising” I do not recommend the tuna thins.

I always come here for their weekday afternoon tea special offer. Not too noisy settings… $9+ for a slice of cake free cup of Americano. Which in today standard is value for money…. Vs Starbucks/ Coffee Bean/ Tim Horton’s etc. Cedele carrot cake is one of the better ones in town.

Visited here for tea break. Staff are friendly wishing us Happy Bday when we bought a slices cake for bday. The matcha cake was good not filling. Will definitely visit here again.

The salad bar is excellent, offering a wide selection of fresh, high-quality ingredients. Seating is comfortable and the space is clean.

Visited Cedele on 11th May, 2.40pm to have a cup of coffee. Members get a complimentary cake on the birthday month and the cashier was really friendly. The ambience is comfortable and relaxing for an afternoon tea break and there are plenty of tables available at this timing.

2024-05-20 New soup: chicken with mushroon and carrot. Very tasty but not salty.. Healthy choice 2022-11-30. I have healthy lunches at least 3 time a week at this outlet... my weekday kitchen. Their flat white is the best when comparing to other Cedele outlets. I genuinely believe that they make / prepare the coffee, sandwiches, and salad with love. Coffe beats Starbucks and Marche. 2021. Tables are far apart offering comfortable and safe ambiance. I love the many choices of Sandwiches, Wraps/Thins and Sour dough bagel and the make your own salad. Organic flat white and the healing garden tea are our favorite. A great place to enjoy healthy good... sandwich and salad and soup.
