One of the worse restaurants i have ever been. 20 minutes waiting to get a bottle of water. Then the food was awful, I ordered a beef cheed burger and the fries were cold and were the frozen type from supermarket. Cauliflower salad was nothing special justa poached cauliflower, on the menu it was mentioned it comes over a salad too but it was mo salad. The kids menu with meat balls didn’t look or taste like meats ball it was like a balls of sausages. Overpriced also. Worse experience ever. Its a shame that Universal allows to operat such a restaurant in its premises.

I was pleasantly surprised to discover this restaurant at USS, especially since all the others were crowded yesterday. I expected to wait as a walk-in, but was told there were tables available on the second level (not sure why the area was only 30% occupied). The atmosphere upstairs is cozy and inviting. Seats are comfortable but gap in between the table is a bit narrow - so you need to squeeze in a little. The food was great, especially the mushroom with garlic dish, which was surprisingly delicious. Steak (no photo) and chicken sandwich sets were ok.
Prices were reasonable as well. Overall, lunch there really brightened up our day, especially when there were long waits and queues everywhere else in USS. I’ll definitely visit again the next time I’m at USS.

The food far exceeded expectations of a theme park meal!!! So glad we found this place.
We were lucky to be seated on the 2nd floor which was super cosy. Lighting is a little dim here, guess it suits the vibes of the place.
Must order the chicken diane which was so moist and flavourful! Gem lettuce salad, smoked tomato soup, hasselback potato, and charcoal grilled wings were all tasty and worth ordering. Kids meal was meatball spaghetti and it was yummy as well. Loved the XL iced lemon tea which is really huge and good to share.

The staff is so nice in this restaurant, we didn't wait for a table and we had a warm welcom from the lady at the front desk. She was really caring. The food was good, the beef was tender and the seasoning was great.
It was a good lunch, much more than expected in a restaurant in an amusement park and not pricey.

Celebrating my birthday and I have amazing experience at KT’s grill. Staffs are friendly and give good recommendation for food and monetary value.
Food are nice 10/10. Ambiance is great but due to aircon leakage, my rating is 8/10.
Highly recommended and will go back again 🎶🎵

Good spot if you need a break from lots of walking around the park. New York style bar themed. Food was a good mixture of pub and restaurant style food for the price. The wait staff (Jenny) were quick and helpful
