Had the most amazing brunch at Bedrock Origins! The food were all on point and served hot. Loved the truffle mushroom soup and beef fat fries. The tomahawk steak is also a must try, along with the Rosemary chicken. Deserts were really good too! The staff at Bedrock made everything perfect. Service was great and everyone had a smile on their face. Meet who served us was very warm and welcoming, which made us feel very comfortable. Definitely will come back here again.

Crab cake was dry, accompanying coleslaw not nice at all. Mac & cheese tasted weird. Ordered 2 types of beef at medium doneness, one came medium rare and the other was almost well done. Provided feedback, and was told dry aged beef colour is like that. We just had dry aged beef at Meadesmoore earlier in the week and it wasn't like that. Didn't like that we were given some excuse and end up had to justify our feedback to the staff. Mac & cheese was waived off our bill. Bill was close to sgd200, quite a steal for the quality of beef but we won't be back. Pan pac outlet has better quality of food and service.
Like many others , we were blown away by Meet’s impeccable service. It was our first time dining at Bedrock hence we do not have any prior experiences to compare with . But here’s my honest thoughts .
The freshly served naan was definitely unique compared to places that serves bread. Loved the pairing of butter n garlic. French onion was probably on the sweeter side for us, but quickly fixed with some fresh pepper from the staff. We had both the signature pepper wagyu steak and the dry aged ribeye. Both were medium rare but i personally enjoyed the ribeye more. The wagyu steak was strangely a little bit coarse n tough to bite, even though it should have more fat content. Unfortunately none of the sauces (we tried all) impressed us. Pairing it with salt and pepper may be the best way to go .
We ordered the brussels sprouts which was supposed to have chilli oil in them, as stated in the menu. However, we could barely see or taste a tinge of red. It was very very bland with little to no seasoning tasted . Checked in with Meet and he kindly offered to change to an asparagus dish for us . Though we also found the asparagus to be cooked a little too soft than usual restaurant standards, we didn’t want to cause any more inconveniences. However this will not hinder us going back to try other veg dishes.
We did not get the name of the male Indian manager but he and Meet both kept checking in on us to make sure we had a great experience. We were also served a really delicious off the menu cheesecake dessert and a polaroid picture to end the day with. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone who is craving for steak.

First time at Origin. Like previous reviews, service was excellent. Attentive and thoughtful without being overbearing.
Their steaks were expertly dry aged and cooked competently. Sides were generously portioned. The corn was delicious but would have liked a bit more char and seasoning on the brussel sprouts
Ambience was relaxed though it seemed like it was a little unsure deco wise whether it wanted have a darker, warmer vibe like its siblings fireplace and bedrock or a brighter 1960s feel
Thank you remembering that we were celebrating a birthday.
Will be back to try the seafood

The food here is absolutely delicious! Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. Highly recommend the Bedrock Mac and Cheese and Cut Dry Aged Porterhouse.
Our server, Marcus, went above and beyond, accommodating every request with a smile. He ensured we had everything we needed and made the evening special.

We were there on a Friday night, it wasn't very crowded but there were families. Some of the tables were abit loud. But the overall experience was wonderful!
Food was great! Marcus was very patient and explained to us more about the menu and suggested what we should get.
He also gave us very good recommendations on what our beverage orders and wine!

Great food, high quality ingredients and exceptional service. Just be prepared to spend a good sum here, though I used Entertainer (1-1 mains) so the damage wasn't as much.
The setting was posh and swanky, but they didn't have a dress code, which is great if you're coming from other activities at Sentosa. The ambience was really nice as well, perfect for a special occasion.
The food was exceptional as well, although you do pay a pretty penny for it. For starters, they gave complementary Naan with a garlic clove and butter, which was really good and surprisingly not overpowering.
For mains, we had the dry aged ribeye ($108) and the bedrock pepper steak ($118). For the dry aged ribeye, we couldn't decide between the red wine sauce and the bearnaise, so the server (Marcus) specially gave us both sauces. Personally I felt the bearnaise sauce was much better, with a strong buttery flavour, whilst the red wine sauce was very subtle. On the other hand, the pepper sauce that came with the bedrock pepper steak just tasted very Chinese, like a milder "Lao Gan Ma" chili oil. Wasn't particularly a fan of that sauce, but overall we enjoyed the bedrock pepper steak more than the dry aged ribeye as it was more tender and melted in your mouth.
We also got the Bedrock Mac n Cheese ($25) which was massive and tasted exceptionally creamy and cheesy. A must order. My only gripe is the macaroni shape of choice... I wish they used an elbow macaroni instead of the straight ones. Felt like a very awkward choice of pasta shape.
The service by Marcus was far and beyond the best we've ever experienced. From explaining the different steaks to us. To helping us take pictures for our anniversary, even going so far as to take from various angles for the best shot. At the end of the whole meal, they even gave us a complimentary dessert and two glasses of sparkling wine to enjoy. As a parting gift, they helped us take pictures with the bar, and even took a free Polaroid for us to keep. Honestly the service by all the wait staff (mainly Marcus) enhanced the whole experience and made it special for us. Do be aware that the service charge is $25 or 15% of the bill though, I guess they've earned their pay at least.
Will definitely be back for other special occasions.

Had an impulse dinner here with family, as we were not hungry and so thought I'd using Triple Plus 1 for 1 to get 2 steaks and some sides to feed our family of 5. We had stoned at the Bedrock at Orchard and loved the steaks there.
There are some restrictions to food choices for the Triple Plus promotion but most mains are applicable. We ordered the 280g bedrock pepper steak and the 280g dry aged ribeye. We also ordered the crab cakes and mac and cheese. For drinks, I got a glass of red.
The steaks were quite inconsistent in doneness, despite both being medium. The pepper steak was more medium rare and some parts of the dry aged ribeye looked medium well. Taste wise both are quite good, but not as good as we remembered in the other Bedrock branch. Unfortunately we didn't really enjoy the sides. The wine was also just OK. The food thing is that I was offered a chance to sample a few wines before deciding.
Service was quite good. The wait staff were generally professional and earnest. One of the younger male wait staff patiently waited for perhaps a minute for us to take pictures before serving us, with no sign of frustration. However, towards the end of the meal, another waitress asked us how the food was, so we provided feedback of the inconsistency in doneness. She then tried to educate us that dry aged steaks look more done than normal steaks. When we told her this wasn't our experience at other steakhouses, including the other Bedrock, she continued harping on this point, which made us wonder why she even asked for feedback. In the end, she did give us a discount for service recovery, but to be honest we would've rather had better service.
With the Triple Plus promotion and further discount, the bill came up to just under $200, which was quite value for what we ordered.

Was here for a celebratory dinner and ordered Wagyu beef, aust sirloin, fish, brussel sprout, beef fat fried rice and pineapple pastry dessert.
Greeted with the very friendly staff and was served flatbread with butter and garlic.
The wagyu beef was superb, especially when eating along with the aust beef. The fish is a must order as it was so big and delicious.
The brussel sprouts and fried rice was superb too. Fried rice contain rice and barley which is interesting.
Overall experience is good, staff are attentive and friendly. Lovely place if you can spurge on dinner.
