Since opening its first outlet in 1988, Auntie Anne's has become a beloved global chain famous for its hand-rolled soft pretzels crafted fresh throughout the day. The VivoCity outlet at Level B2 continues this tradition, serving up the brand's signature warm, golden-brown pretzels that have made it an international favourite. With halal certification ensuring ingredients meet MUIS-approved standards, this location welcomes all visitors to experience their award-winning pretzel creations in Singapore's premier waterfront shopping destination.
The menu features an impressive variety of pretzel options starting from just S$3.40 for classics like the Garlic Soft Pretzel. Beyond the iconic salted and cinnamon sugar varieties, the Singapore outlets offer unique local flavours including the Matcha Green Tea Pretzel and Seaweed Pretzel that cater to Asian taste preferences. The complete range spans from classic pretzels and pretzel nuggets to heartier options like pretzel dogs and chicken pepperoni pretzels, all complemented by indulgent dipping sauces including cheese, caramel, and marinara. Guests can enhance their pretzels with add-ons like almond crunch and cinnamon sugar for extra texture and flavour.
What sets Auntie Anne's apart is their commitment to inclusive dining options. The dough is both egg-free and dairy-free, making these pretzels suitable for vegans and vegetarians without compromising on taste or quality. Paired with their hand-squeezed lemonade beverages and value pack combinations, the brand offers a satisfying snack experience perfect for shoppers exploring VivoCity or heading to nearby Sentosa. The combination of fresh preparation, diverse flavour options, and dietary accessibility has cemented Auntie Anne's position as a go-to destination for quality pretzel treats.
Why are the staff using bare hand to knead the dough and using bare fingers to scoop the filling. Both staff at Vivo didn’t wear gloves at all. Not hygiene. One of them half way still touch phone. OMG. Please be more hygienic so we feel safe to eat

Worst pretzel i have ever eaten. The texture, size, and taste is just wrong compared to the classic pretzel in US. The crust is not there, dough hard as tire. Tasted rather odd as well. The butter drenched only making it worse.

Had a very bad experience at this outlet, I was queuing up at the side just as before the shop was going for a renovation then a foreign family created a new line from another direction which was clearly blocking other people walking through, clearly cutting through while also in the wrong but the store manager CHOSE to let the foreigner go first & serving them and agreeing with them that they were Queuing at the correct spot then later when my father stepped in scolding the outlet manager he FINALLY said originally the Q-line was at the CORRECT spot I was standing, clearly giving face to them while stroking their Egos thinking they can do as they pleased in Singapore.
I WILL NEVER buy from this outlet ever again and remember the 2 staffs that day. For GOD Sakes, Put a HUGE BLOODY Q-SIGN and some RETRACTABLE QUEUE POLE STAND so customers know Where TO Q-UP PROPERLY!!!
The store Manager and Cashier at the time were so brain dead clearly not knowing how to take charge of making sure people are Queuing at the right spot to prevent blocking other businesses and those wanting to head to the toilet as the pathway is near there.
For those reading this, Be careful when going to this outlet to avoid unnecessary problems, I'm not the first person having bad experiences here, there are other stories you can find in the forums online.

Located on the same level as NTUC fairprice, aka the level you arrive on right after you get out of Harbourfront mrt, this store is a gem for those who love a quick sugary bite! I got cinnamon pretzel sticks and it was incredibly delicious.

Is at B2 right outside the mrt exit. Near koi. All the pretzels are freshly baked. I’ll recommend the cinnamon flavour is really good one of their most popular ones. It you wanna try something savoury get the Parmesan flavour is not salty very nice balance. The bread is really soft

Fave is Cinnamon pretzel. Baked soft and must be eaten fresh. Have not really tried other flavors.
No queue after lunch hours on a weekday.

Cheese dog - tasty, rather small though!
Cheesy turkey - not bad, however felt that pretzel could be shaped more evenly? (could be becos staff was trying to squeeze as many pretzels per tray? Shop space is quite tight!)
Overall: taste good, but value on the lower side due to the small size for the price!

Delicious pretzel. I ordered the seaweed one to go. Brought home and heated in the airfryer. Dough was chewy and airy, super nice and the seaweed seasoning was a nice touch to it.
