Sukee did an amazing job grooming my dog! The cut was very professionally done. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for quality grooming and a groomer you can trust!

Excellent cut, splendid location obviously. I love that it’s open and we can just drop by to peek at our baby. The cut was well done too. Thank you!

Irresponsible staff. Rude and obviously doesn’t like animals. Made appointment for 2pm, arrived 10 mins early and they were not ready for our 3 dogs. So we said we will come back in 10 mins. We came back on time, they just took our dogs without asking anything. (I had to force one of them to listen to my instructions and precautions to take for my dogs as 2 of them have conditions). They hung 1 of our dogs on the table, another left on the floor and another outside their shop in our pram (anyone could have taken our dog away). We stood outside and observed for 30 mins, our dog on the stand was so anxious that he tried to jump off the table and because he is tied to the table, he almost toppled the entire heavy weight table along with him when he attempted to jump. None of the staff can be bothered. Another 10 mins later (40 mins passed our appointment time of 2pm), none of our dogs’ grooming has started! And my poor dog on the stand has been barking non stop for 40 mins because of his anxiety issues and has started trembling. We have specifically told them that this dog has a severe heart condition, and cannot keep barking (I won’t mind if you bother to go muzzle him or stay beside him). We tried comforting him through the window all these while but he was getting more anxious! I had enough of this nonsense and is worried about my dog (since we couldn’t calm him down through the windows) and no one inside is bothered about him. I went in and asked them when will they be ready for our dogs, they said another 30 mins ?!! Waited 40 mins + another 30 mins = 1 hour 10 mins If you knew you that your appointments are delayed, you could have spent 2 mins to call us or drop us a WhatsApp, we could have waited at home! Wasted our time all together and affected all our weekend plans. When confronted, I was told “if you cannot wait, then make appointments for weekdays. Weekdays don’t have a lot of appointments” Excuse me?! The point here is, if you take my appointment, it means you are free right? If you are not free, then why take my appointment? Am I supposed to make an appointment but still need to make to wait an hour plus or more for you to provide the service? What’s the point of an appointment then if you cannot keep to the appointment time YOU GAVE ME! It is ok with us if you tell us to come later due to certain delays by previous customers or situations, it is NOT OK to send us a WhatsApp reminder to ask us to be on time and confirm our 2pm appointment, but not tell us that you have been delayed and make us wait while you treat our dogs like trash. If you don’t have the heart for animals, don’t be a groomer! And obviously you know that your appointments are overbooked, why are there only 2 groomers (who are able to do the actual cutting of hair) on duty? Doesn’t matter that you have 5 staff on duty when only 2 can cut the dog’s hair!

I brought down my rabbit for nail clipping to the VIVO outlet and the groomers told me that they don't know how to clip my rabbit nails. They are groomers and yet don't know how to cut nails for my rabbit?

I would like to commend Sukee for grooming Ollie so excellently today. I have been sending Ollie to the Animal Arts Academy for 2 years now and they have been very patient and sweet to Ollie even though Ollie has a temper at times. Today, Ollie reportedly bit Sukee while she was grooming her but Sukee was very understanding about it, and even called Ollie's name endearingly in an attempt to calm her down. I would like to commend Sukee for making Ollie's 'scary' experience a more pleasant one. thank you for loving my dog like its your own!
