They are very patient with Princy although Princy is a fearful and nippy poodle. The transport service makes it all convenient for us. Thank you guys for the superb grooming job done every time.

Melody was very caring an gentle with my dog when grooming him today. My dog was very comfortable with her experienced hands. Highly recommend!

Inexperienced dog groomers. Took our double coated Shetland Sheepdog, of which they proceeded to shave her coat. Sadly this will permanently damage a double coat and will take some time to return back to normal.

I’m deeply concerned about the safety practices at this grooming facility. Leaving a dog unattended on a grooming table for 5–10 minutes is not just irresponsible, it’s dangerous. Accidents can happen in seconds, causing injuries or even tragic loss. Our pets rely on us to keep them safe, and this kind of oversight is completely unacceptable. No animal should ever be left alone in such a vulnerable position. Owners trust you to groom their pets, please protect their fur babies too.

Sukee did an amazing job grooming my dog, Yonji! The haircut is always neat and exactly what I want, and Yonji comes home looking adorable and smelling fresh after every full grooming. Sukee is always so gentle and patient, making sure Yonji feels comfortable the whole time. That’s why I bring Yonji here weekly for his shower. I truly appreciate Sukee’s care, attention to detail, and clear communication. Highly recommended for anyone who wants their pet to be treated with love and professionalism.

I had a wonderful experience at this pet grooming salon! The groomer, Huiqi, was extremely professional and detail-oriented. My dog’s haircut turned out beautifully — neat, stylish, and just perfect. You can tell Huiqi really cares about the pets and takes the time to do a great job. Highly recommended!
