Let’s start with the service - the staff were so polite and greeted us with a big smile :) when we first enter. She led us to our table and make sure we are comfortable. I like SYLVIA service and she is really great staff to have. Food - the food serve was hot and the portion is big enough to share with my kid. The ice cream portion is big too. My kid enjoys it and will be back again for the ice cream 🥰

food especially the ramen was quite delicious and portions were generous while it may be on the pricier side. The chicken ramen came with a whole chicken leg which was quite worth the price and takoyaki was soft, pillowy and sweet tasty with chewy squid but costed $10 for 6 🥲 def still a place to recommend to go eat at uss tho as you can be sure you are getting quality food while paying a higher price!

The food was quite good, and food collection and payment very fast and I m happy to dine in starbot cafe . The theme of the restaurant is just right and thank you Sandi for making me and my friends feel so welcome 🤗. I had a good catch up with my friends here. Will be back later for dinner . 🤗

Very clean! good ambience, like we’re at the space. kids definitely love it. very nice food and my son loves it! all the staffs are very kind and friendly to kids. love having our meal here while we’re at USS. especially thank you Shirley for helping us and being so kind to us and giving my son a watermelon juice!

Starbot Cafe is a nice experience, it has nice food and a comfy atmosphere after the many, many rides that we experienced, highly recommend! fanny service is good friendly and pleasant . the ice cteam is really good and the blueberry flavour is awesome .

Ordered their Christmas set meal the food is really good and i glad I made the right choice to enter Starbot cafe to give a try. Shirley service is very warm and friendly. Thanks you 😊

Food price is reasonable for theme park food. Got a teriyaki chicken ramen for $18 nett (no additional service charge/GST) - you’d prob pay the same price for ramen in SG anyway. The chicken drumstick was relatively huge and had a good amount of meat. What prompted me to write this review is not the food but the friendly service from the staff. One of them saw that I was carrying a child in my baby carrier and came over to help me to bring the food over to my table. It’s such small thoughtful gestures that really sets a place apart!

Extremely Disappointing Experience I understand this is a fast food place with theme park prices, but the staff and service here are absolutely appalling. I was told to line up for food without any menu provided, and when I finally got to the ordering station, I wasn’t allowed to take a moment to decide—staff were aggressively pushy, acting as if I couldn’t speak or hear, even when I responded. Added to that, the menu didn’t even list all available items (like a regular Coke), and when I ordered it anyway, they didn’t bother mentioning the price. If you want to be rushed, disrespected, and insulted, this is the place to visit. Never coming back. P.s. no one at my back lining up during that time.

It's not that great and taste is not that great. Just a fast food place and for chinese chefs to get their fried rice wrong , must be very bad. They gave some deep fried item in our veg meal, not sure,.what do they use to deep fry. It's expensive but food doesn't stand for the price. There was simple ask salt pepper and were not able to find in complete store and didn't see any interest from staff to locate.Staffs are rude, My experience was not great and least recommended place to go.
