Staff were super nice. We booked through trip.com and the listing indicated the wrong operating hours (end at 9pm instead of the actual 8pm). We said we were okay to come back another day, but Samuel, Scarlett and Ahmad invited us in, and agreed to host us since we came all the way from our homes to Sentosa (reached around 7.45pm). They stayed beyond their operating hours just for us. Their sincerity goes a long way. Would definitely come back here for the fun and lovely staff.

Spent a great time here with friends. Zul was super nice and friendly. He showed us how to play and it was really fun.

Had a wonderful time at The Axe Factor. Zul and Wan were perfect instructors and hosts. They really know what they’re doing and they’re so good! Very chill and friendly guys. Axes were sharp and place very comfortable.

This was stress release therapy!!! Omg such an amazing time and super fun! Also we appreciated the time, patience and friendship of Zul to explain everything, to participate in our competition and cook for us 👏👏👏. Truly recommend this experience!!! …

WE HAD SO MUCH FUN HERE!!! Bought tickets (and therefore a time slot) in advance as I didn't want to be disappointed. Best idea, as even though it was a weekday afternoon, a swarm of groups came in after us, and some were disappointed there were no lanes available for them. A thrilling new experience - no experience necessary. Staff were most helpful and had clear instructions as they brought us through the safety briefing, and were diligent to help correct our posture or throwing as we went along. I had booked a 2 hour session, and another staff who happened to be available came to teach us another way of throwing the axe. It definitely brought a different challenge and made the learning that much more exciting! For the 2 of us, we were so engrossed in getting it right and enjoying the practice that we were pretty shocked when time was up. We were sad to leave, but i was so glad I booked the 2 hours - totally WORTH IT. Really thankful to the watchful staff who came to observe and guide us. It really would have been a different experience if not for them.

Done a corporate event on 25 April 2025 for 30 pax. 6pm to 9pm. It was very well organized and well supported by the team! Ordered their buffet too

Friendly staff (Lewis) gave a lot of guidance to help land the axe. Great fun, especially after a tough day at work! Not as hard as I expected and very satisfying. Will be back more often.

Zuul very fun instructor that will also play games with the customer to motivate them to do better after teaching them the techniques and positions of holding and growing the axe. A good place to make new friends too. Not too crowded on the weekend (came on Sunday btw) Tips on getting tickets please get it through the sentosa app (got discount😉😉)

After purchasing the tickets, we had to reserve the timeslot online. We came slightly earlier than our slot but the staff, Liyana, was welcoming and helpful. She gave us a briefing on how to handle the axes and how to go about spend our one hour fruitfully here. She made our experience a good one - we really enjoyed ourselves. Would recommend others to come here for some stress relief, if they need to! 😆

I can't thank Axe Factor enough for allowing us to host our ROM at their incredible venue! From the moment we walked in, we knew we had made the right choice. The space was perfect for such a special occasion – it had a great mix of fun energy and uniqueness that really added something extra to the day. We worked with an external ROM setup company, and the coordination between the setup team and Axe Factor was seamless. The team at Axe Factor went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. They were so accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. Not only did we get to enjoy the space for our ROM, but the added bonus of the axe-throwing experience created a relaxed and fun environment for all our guests. Everyone had such a blast! The venue itself is vibrant, welcoming, and has such a cool vibe. I can’t recommend Axe Factor enough for anyone looking to host a memorable event. Thanks again to the entire team at Axe Factor for making our day even more special – your generosity, hospitality, and excellent coordination truly made it a celebration to remember!
